This newly renovated home has it all and stays booked w 5.0 reviews!
Large 3K sqft new farmhouse on 14 acre horse ranch w stunning views. Open floor plan, dual fireplace to outdoor patio/pool. Hot tub, gourmet kitchen/gas grill/fire pit and beautifully decorated bedrooms. Lots of privacy. Visit nearby Mckinney Square for top restaurants/bars, shops or local wineries!

The entire home is for guests.

All parts of the home are accessible with the exception of one linen closet.

Please find below some helpful info regarding our home.

NO PARTY policy.
The max number of guests on the property or in the house is 12 including all of the guests on the reservations.

Please do not feed horses or go into the pasture. Horses are privately owned and can kick or bite without warning.

Fireworks are strictly prohibited. They terrify the horses. They run in fright and break through fences, injure themselves and escape. Fireworks have caught the pasture on fire as well.

Please do not touch the pool equipment. If there is an issue (i.e. filter, timer, vacuum etc) please call the owner. Taking the vacuum out of the pool causes the motor to run dry and burn out.

Fantastic Family Holiday

We had extended family in town for the holiday and this rental made them feel right at home. Just a short drive from our place, our family loved their time at the rental just as much as being at our home. Everything was just as described, beds were very comfortable and the guests loved the scenery. Would highly recommend this property!

Home away from home

We felt so at home here. We were here with my daughter and her family for Thanksgiving with my son and his family who live in Texas. Our grandchildren loved the horses and the adults loved the house and the views. We loved waking up each day and watching the horses. It truly was a great place to stay and relax. Owners were great!

We were an extended family of nine in town for my son's wedding in McKinney. We chose to stay here to be near the reception venue in Anna. This property was perfect for our needs. We cooked and ate most of our meals here and the well-appointed kitchen and dining room were up to the task. The house was immaculately clean; the beds were very comfortable; the hot water heater handled "shower rush" with no problems; and the pool was a big hit and beautifully maintained. All communication with owners and the check-in/check-out were as easy and seamless as you could possibly ask for. Great place to stay if you're in the area with a bigger group!

Absolutely Perfect. Could not have been better.

This was our 2nd time to stay at this house and it was absolutely perfect again. The owners are such amazing people and this is a wonderful home. Several of us stayed here for our annual children's charity event and would could not have asked for a better place to stay. We will most definitely be renting it again in 2025. THANK YOU!

Exceeded expectations!! Blown away by kindness!

Wow! This is one of the best short-term rental experiences I have ever had, and my husband and I own four short-term rentals!! Communication was great before, during, and even after staying. The farmhouse was clean, modern, spacious, fully stocked, and had no signs of wear. It was spotless! From the moment we entered our eyes were drawn to the gorgeous pool, the ponds, white wooden fences, and even horses outback. One of the reasons we chose to stay here is that it is less than 2 minutes to Rustic Grace Estates, a wedding venue our son got married at. But in addition to the great house and location, we were shown such kindness. We had requested an early check in, and in our case the house was ready, and we were more than accommodated. Every single contact and/or request I made left me more than happy. My expectations were exceeded. We may just come back for a fun summer get together!
