"Moe's Riverside Cottage", Riverfront, Pet friendly, WIFI, sleeps 6

Welcome to "Moe's Riverside Cottage" - your perfect riverfront vacation retreat nestled in the breathtaking natural beauty of the Upper Valley of Red River. Located just 5 miles from the charming town of Red River, this quaint and cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath cottage, sleeping 6, that is nestled right on the banks of the picturesque Red River, offering a tranquil retreat in a stunning natural setting.

As you step inside "Moe's Riverside Cottage," you'll be instantly charmed by its inviting cozy atmosphere and rustic appeal. The living area features 2 small single beds, providing cozy sleeping arrangements for small children (these two beds are only suitable children) , and offers breathtaking views of the flowing river right outside your window. Air Conditioning is available for those warmer summer days! Enjoy the wraparound deck on the river and take in the scenery!
On the first floor is a small cozy living area with wood stove (firewood not provided in the summer months) and a Smart TV (wifi enabled so bring your logins for Netflix, you tube, etc.) DVD player also available with a large selection of DVD's to watch. A fully furnished small kitchen with all amenities complete with all the essentials you need to cook! A regular coffee maker, ample cabinet space, microwave and washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. No dishwasher. Free high speed fiber WIFI.

The dining area has a table with seating for 4. On this same level, there is also a convenient bathroom with a bath/shower and a bidet.
Venture upstairs to find 1 small bedroom with 2 queen-sized beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone, and a Smart TV for your viewing pleasure. The private viewing deck attached to the bedroom allows you to wake up to the soothing sounds of the river and take in the panoramic beauty of the surroundings.

The outdoor space of "Moe's Riverside Cottage" is a true oasis of relaxation. Gather around the fire pit and roast marshmallows under the starlit sky, creating unforgettable memories with loved ones. Enjoy the shade of the gazebo while savoring a delicious barbecue prepared on the grill. Swing lazily on the riverfront swing, letting the gentle breeze carry your worries away.

Clean linens, toiletries, trash bags, an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels, dish washing liquid is provided. We provide 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth per person. You are welcome to launder these towels for further use. A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. (Laundry detergent not provided).

This is one of the few homes in Red River with Air Conditioning
Pets Welcome! (2 pet max, 25 lbs or under) Non-refundable Pet fee of $75 per pet plus tax is required. Pets shall not be left unattended at the property at any time. A minimum of $500 charge if pet is not registered with paid rent fee. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. If you do not clean up after your pet, a $100 fee will be charged for us to provide this clean up service for you.
TV's are smart TV's so bring your loging. There is also a DVD player with many DVD's to choose from
This is a non-smoking property
Firewood is not provided in the summer months. You are welcome to bring some for the firepit
Outdoor space including the firepit, seating area and river is a shared space with the house at the top of the driveway on the same property (Moe's Riverside Lodge)
