The house has an open floor plan with a spacious living room, a family room, and a formal dining room.
All 4 bedrooms are upstairs.
** Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom with a Cal King size bed set, walk-in closet, and a private bathroom.

** Bedroom 3 - Queen size bed set
** Bedroom 4 - Full-size bed set
Kitchen: supplied with pots and pans and the basic spices that you may need to cook. Feel free to use the kitchen as you please, but make sure to treat the home like your own and clean up after yourself. The bathrooms are also supplied with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper. For monthly rentals, supplies are provided for only getting you to start

3. There is a maximum occupancy of 10 people in the home at any time.
4. NO events/ parties or additional guest(s).
5. NO smoking or vaping in the house.
6. NO shoes in the house.
7. NO pets.
- Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking on the bed.
- Please take care of the house, and treat Furniture, and Amenities with respect.
- Watch out kids walking on stairways.
