The space
Only 150 steps down to the water's edge.

As you walk into the main floor you are immediately welcomed with a panoramic view of Ao Yon Bay.

The living area includes two comfortable couches, lookout chair and a large dining table. Four barstools for sitting near the bar for a cocktail or smoothie.

The kitchen space is cute with all the necessary amenities to create a delightful meal.

Included: New Espresso Machine, high-performance blender, full-sized fridge, and cooktop with pot for easy food preparations. Along with plenty of dishes, new utensils, cups, and wine glasses.

The Master bedroom with King sized bed comes with an Aircon, closet, fan, safe and en-suite bathroom with shower and water heater.

The 2nd floor features an enclosed lounge space TV room with 75 inch TV, Fiber cable internet, dining area and drinks fridge.

The first bedroom comes with a Queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom and small tv, fan, bathroom with water heater.

The 2nd bedroom is fitted with a Queen-size bed, Aircon, fan and en-suite bathroom with water heater.

All rooms come with 2 large towels and 2 small towels.
Guest access
There is a private access to the beach about 10 meters on the left from the front entrance of the garage space which takes you to the steps down to the beach.

150 steps to the waters edge.

Included in the cottage are two beach chairs and umbrella as well as beach mats and beach towels. (Charges apply if lost or left on beach) (total : 4000 thb)
Other things to note
We are 20 minutes drive from the Chalong pier, where the tour boats depart for the daily excursions to smaller islands, diving, and snorkeling.

Some of Phuket's best seafood restaurants, shopping malls, supermarkets, and other necessities are within a 15-20 mins drive. Either to Phuket town or over to the Chalong area and south end of the island.

Gorgeous Ao Yon Beach is just below or minutes drive to the beach without walking the steps.

For the best coffee in the area, I recommend Bottoms Up coffee just walking distance from the cottage which is a lovely morning walk down.

For Lunch: the Cove has a nice menu and lunch next to the beach.

For Dinner: Ao Yon Seafood just walking distance down the way offers a full menu of Thai delights at a reasonable price.

For Groceries: Family Mart and Super Cheap are in the area but I would recommend driving to Chalong for Makro (proper grocery shopping) or Villa Market (import foods) and Lotus (local grocery shopping). Also the local Thai market is just a short drive away and offers plenty of options (Veggies, Fruits, Fish etc.)
