Explore Annapolis Royal (a short 15 minutes drive). Canada's oldest town. Visit the bustling Saturday morning farmers market, numerous art galleries, specialty coffee shops, brew pub, and restaurants along the boardwalk. Stroll over to the flagrant Historic Gardens, a must stop. Coffee shop on sight.
Walk one of Nova Scotia's most popular hikes... Delaps Cove Wilderness Trail is 5 minutes down the road from your stay.
Watch the fireflies dance under the moonlight while snuggling up by our seaside firepit. Enjoy, relax, recharge.
This accommodation is off-grid complete with an outdoor "seasonal shower". Fresh spring water is supplied for cooking and consumption. There is an outdoor composting toilet a short a short distance from the cabin.

We booked and were messaged about firewood for the outdoor fire pit. Host wanted to charge 20 for a load of wood for the pit. I asked if there was a charge for firewood for the stove listed as an amenity. I wanted to make sure there was wood for the indoor stove. I did say as well that we had never been charged for wood for fire pits before.The host replied stating its standard practice and that the reservation will be cancelled. It devolved into a back and forth in which I advised I would do everything in my power (including talking to the wineries in the area) to make sure his aggressive awful attitude was known so that no one else would be cancelled last minute for asking for clarifications on amenties.Host called me arrogant and wreaking of self importance. I think it was because I mentioned I was a sommelier and would be sure to advise the wineries in the area to avoid them as they were aggressive and honestly just mean.Though he cancelled us, we received a 100% credit on top of a full refund with apologies for the incident from customer service. Booker beware!!!

One of the most beautiful and unique places we’ve ever stayed. We loved watching the gorgeous sunset over the water and the tides go in and out. Geo and Gia were super welcoming, kind and helpful. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. George and Gio were very welcoming and showed us everything we needed to know about the place. The location is fantastic, and we loved walking on the beach. We will definitely be returning. Thank you!

Our experience here was one of the best we’ve ever had at a vrbo. The owners have thought of everything and made us feel like royalty. I didn’t know how wonderful it would be off the grid. And we loved the outdoor amenities!

Magical moment

Stripped to the bare essentials of living, this cabin and location offered a wonderful, back to the roots experience. Time stops in a place like this, well done George and Gia! Gorgeous location and excellent experience!

Three Days Off Grid in Paradise

A well appointed and charming cabin on the cliffs off the Bay of Fundy will not disappoint. The "outdoor" facilities were clean and very acceptable. Our favorite part was sitting in front of the picture window or at the campfire watching the sunsets and the tides coming in and out. We were so happy with our decision to rent this amazing property.
