Start your day breathing in our fresh country air, enjoying our breathtaking views and sunrises, feet kicked up watching a movie or taking in our beautiful sunsets. Perfect spot for exploring the great outdoors enjoying nature! Take a walk along the Sun River and relax, skipping rocks, fishing or just being still
 we have the perfect getaway/place to stay while visiting friends and family.

This is a beautiful house. Loved everything being on one level, wide open living areas, looked like brand new. Lisa the owner was helpful with every thing I asked her and returned answers in a timely matter. If ever traveling to Montana again I would stay here.Highly recommend it!

The host (Lisa and Matt) are very helpful and ready to assist in any way. The house has always been inviting and comfortable. We try to stay here as it will accommodate visits with our son, daughter-in-law, and youngest grandson, as well as other family in the Great Falls area. It's like a "home away from home" and the quiet neighborhood setting is relaxing. (Must mention, one of the neighbors has a very vocal rooster so you may not need an alarm clock.) All in all, the location in the Sun River Valley can magnify a relaxed atmosphere and a return, if for however short, to a kind of lifestyle you can only find out West.

Hidden gem!

We loved this place. It’s simple and clean, and in a very quiet area. The drive to and from Great Falls is a breeze, and worth it to be just a little ways out of town. I’d also use this place as a home base when seeking river and mountain access. I can’t recommend this place enough.

The home is beautiful and the host goes above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as it can be. I liked the fact that it's located in a quiet part of town. It should be noted that the town is very tiny and there isn't much to do there. One needs to drive 20 to 25 minutes away to find shops and dining.

KBK’s MT Trip

Beautiful home conveniently located in the Sun River Valley
quiet and off the beaten path. We were able to visit family in Great Falls and spend time with our son, daughter in law and newest grandson for his first Christmas on their ranch near Simms. We really miss the Montana lifestyle but our ten days in Ft Shaw will have to do until we can come back. Based on availability we would stay here again...and again (nobody has enough room for guests). The host was fantastic and always available to assist if needed. A barnyard rooster next door reminded us of the rural setting and I can't say enough about the Montana sunrise, or seeing the Rocky Mountains on the western skyline. They were especially inspiring towards the end of our stay when the area was blessed with fresh snow. We're on our way home and the worst part of the trip is having Simms, Ft Shaw, and Montana in our rearview mirror.
