Rooms each uniquely designed with comfort, artistic style, and cleanliness in mind.
Guest access
Dedicated green space for barbequing/swingset and firepit available to guests. Availability to walk the perimeter of 25 acres of farmed land and enjoy the scenic views into the valley and beyond. Owner's quarters are on the property.
Other things to note
There is Life Coaching, and Spiritual Counselling available, as well as facilitated personal Spiritual Retreats, and Art Studio access all of these can be reserved in advance as an extra guest service.

We are Mark and Jane, parents of 5 grown kids, adventurers, creatives, and community builders. We have lived and worked overseas for many years in Malawi, Indonesia and Thailand. We love meeting new people, experiencing new cultures and food, and most of all hearing other's stories. Our PEI property, Margate Homestead is a big dream in-the-making, and we're excited to continue creating and designing more and more beautiful spaces on it as we welcome others here.

We moved to this neighbourhood and found not only was it beautiful but it was a sought after location to own, as its water access is 2 city blocks away and combines scenic country living, with small city proximity 5 mins away!
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
The home is filled with beautiful original art which has been a source of inspiration and joy for many! Additionally our art studio/gallery is where the resident artist works and can be seen with a booking.
Nestled on 26 acres of mostly farmed land, our property is a a great mix of grassy areas around the home and a trail around the perimeter of the planted areas . For guests there is a play area, a fire pit, a grill and picnic table for outside eating.
There is a special Prayer Labyrinth that can be used with permission as a meditative walking area, and facilitated personal retreats and Spiritual counselling/ Life Coaching can be booked as well.
