$250/rebate towards a golf cart rental fee provided by the property owner – available from May 25th through August 24th 2026. Please see the last paragraph in this overview for details.

3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental in a quiet residential area, Pet friendly (dogs up to 2, up to 25LBS) Just a couple blocks to the nearest beach access off Palm Blvd. This beautiful home has been renovated throughout. Updated kitchen and baths with a large screened in porch and a private pool (Pool Open May-Thursday after Labor Day). Large fenced in backyard with outdoor shower. Perfect for a small family or a few couples that enjoy updated accommodations and comfortable outdoor space. Home uses Youtube TV apps for streaming cable. (Max 3 screens at once)

This is a family-oriented property and we must limit the number of guests to a maximum of six total. Due to updated liability insurance required with a private pool, we are unable to allow any additional guests or visitors on the premises who are not listed with your reservation. Exceptions possibly can be made for daytime hours only, but the guests must have approval beforehand from the property manager.

GOLF CART REBATE: Available only for weekly stays (7/days, Saturday to Saturday) from May 25th through August 24th). Please provide receipt upon checkout and funds will arrive w/in 5-7business days (credit back to credit card on file). Rebate is $250– OR - gross rental price if your total cost is less than $250 and applies to one cart only. The IOP Beach Access on 25th Avenue is only one block over from the residence and allows cart parking. There are several companies to choose from and some will deliver the cart directly to the property on the day of your arrival. Our preferred companies are Golf Cart Fun, and Just Beachy Golf Carts. . Or a simple internet search for “golf cart rentals Isle of Palms SC” will provide several options. Due to high demand for cart rentals in the summer, guests who want to take advantage of this rebate are encouraged to book their rental as soon as your property reservation is confirmed. The rebate is for golf carts only, no other amenities will apply

Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.

No smoking, Pet friendly up to 2 dogs with $200 fee per dog (Weight Limit 25LBS)(Sorry no cats). Wi-Fi and Linens Included.

Perfect Family Getaway

This property was perfect for our family of 6. The kids loved the outdoor space and we rented a golf cart for easy access to the beach. The golf cart beach access is so close.

I do recommend renting a golf cart as the walk to the beach with all the beach things would have been tough without it in July heat. The bed linens could use an upgrade - higher quality sheets and pillows would have been nice. The experience with management was great. Very easy check in and quick response to any questions/issues during our stay.

Great Stay!

We loved this house! It was perfect. We walked to the beach, grilled dinner, everything we needed was right there. My husband who loves to cook wanted me to mention that this house had the best sharpened knives than any house we’ve ever stayed in! He loves to cook! The beds were great. The pool was clean. I think there is a mosquito mister in the backyard because there were none. They were in the front, though. The house was extremely clean and I am that person who walks in with my wipes in hand. You can tell that the property management is serious about satisfaction! This house is in ourList of favorites when visiting IOP!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the house to be a great fit for our family. The living room, dining room, and kitchen were spacious, comfortable, and appeared recently renovated. The pool, patio table, and grill were excellent, and we appreciated having the pool cleaned twice during our stay.The location worked well for us. Although the house is a few blocks from the beach (about a 10-minute walk), there was plenty of parking near the beach access points, so the distance was not an issue.A few areas could be improved. The bedding was thin and worn in places, and the towels were very basic. The kitchen could use better organization, as dishes, cookware, and utensils were stored in multiple locations. A starter kit with basics like salt, pepper, and cooking oil would be helpful. We also found only two wine glasses.Upon arrival, the floors felt gritty, and we had to locate the broom and dustpan and do a quick sweep ourselves. We also found dishes and cups in the cabinets with residue and dried food on them.Our biggest disappointment was the backyard. The photos showed a grassy yard, but it was mostly dirt and weeds. There was also a significant red ant problem, with anthills throughout the yard and ants covering the patio furniture when we arrived. We had to treat the area ourselves before it was usable.Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.

The location is very convenient, just wish we would have brought our golf cart for the beach trips as it is a little bit of a haul especially with carrying the beach gear. The pool was so nice to relax in after a long day at the beach. Only thing I would recommend is a larger grill for cooking. Other than that everything was perfect!
