After 3 months of renovations, the Penthouse at Casa Arroyo is finished!
Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space and let the ocean lull you to sleep! Sweeping ocean views from every room make this property a must for anyone visiting Sayulita.
You will find a brand new kitchen with black stainless appliances, wood floors, balcony, updated bathroom and all new furniture throughout the home.
There is a brand new pool and hot tub that is shared with 3 other units.
Casa Arroyo is located on the North Side of Sayulita and has sweeping views of the ocean with breathtaking sunsets! You will not only have amazing ocean breezes, but fall asleep to the sound of waves at night. And if you surf, you will be able to see the sets breaking from the balcony.
It is situated just steps from the beach on the North Side, which is in my opinion the best beach that Sayulita has to offer. Plus you are far from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but only a 10-15 walk to the plaza if you want to party. Due to a steep hill coming back to the house, guests often rent a Golf Cart or ATV to get around quicker too. Plus it's a lot of fun!
Guests will have access to the enclosed garage, pool, hot tub and common areas.
