Inside, the main living space of the home is located on the second floor. Upon entering, find yourself surrounded by vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, and rustic touches that seamlessly blend with modern amenities and appliances. The sunny living room is the perfect place to gather, thanks to its huge sectional sofa, a seating area with four armchairs, and a smart TV with streaming. The mountain views from the living room are simply out of this world. The well-equipped open kitchen will be every cook’s delight and has all you need to prepare memorable full-course meals, snacks for your Netflix marathon, and meals on the go. The dining table seats ten and eight stools surround the kitchen island.

The second level of the home features two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The main bedroom boasts spectacular mountain views, an inviting seating area by the window, a pub table for two that can be used as a workspace, a spacious walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, stand-alone shower, and double vanity. The second guest bedroom has forest views and an ensuite bathroom.

Downstairs is a secluded family room featuring a surround sound home theater with a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and a foosball table. Unwind on the sectional while watching a movie, or challenge your friends and family to a foosball tournament on the vintage foosball table available in the game room. There are two more bedrooms with views of the mountains (one of them a bunk bedroom) and a full bathroom. Prep your gear for tomorrow’s adventures in the first-floor mudroom so you don’t miss first chair!

THINGS TO KNOW
• This vacation rental is equipped with a built-in generator.
• Streaming available with guests` own accounts.
• Guests are not allowed to use the indoor fireplace.
• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: Two (2) cars can park in the garage and four (4) in the driveway. Six (6) vehicles maximum at this home. Parking is not allowed on the street or in the sand snow corral next to the foot of the driveway.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest`s stay.
• You must be 28 years or older to rent this property.
• Please use bunk beds at your own risk.
Guests must be at least 28 years of age to book. Guests under 28 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. All guests shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
