Enjoy a relaxing vacation surrounded by a beautiful town of Riva and nearby nature, just minutes from Lake Garda. Our fully renovated and stylish place with lake view and a short walking distance from the historic center is perfect for group trips or families with older children (14+ ONLY).
The location is close to restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, boat, bike, serf rentals, and a sailing club.
Newly and fully renovated, the apartment is furnished with modern furniture and home decor, and available FREE parking spaces (both, private and public).
The spacious apartment is a walk up, located on the 3rd floor of the stunning Liberty-style building. The place has a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room is completed with a large dining table with 6 chairs and a TV, a bathroom with large shower, two large bedrooms that sleeps 4 people and there is a sofa-bed in the living room that sleeps 2 more, if needed.

PARKING:
- There is a FREE private parking spot inside of a gated courtyard, in front of the building entrance.
- Additionally, there is a large FREE parking lot directly outside of the building. Please note that the parking lot is more convenient, especially, for larger cars.
BEDROOMS:
All bedrooms are equipped with bedding, pillows, blankets, throws, towels, and mattress protectors.
- Both bedrooms are connected by a door with a smaller bedroom being a walk-through to the larger bedroom.
- The larger bedroom has a double bed PLUS a chair-bed.
- The smaller walk-through bedroom has a bed which pulls out into a double bed.
- Each bedroom has a dedicated work space.
KITCHEN:
- The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and completed with the induction hob, refrigerator, oven, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, a table with 4 chairs and everything you need - dishes, glasses, flatware, utensils, cookware, serveware, barware, etc.
- The washing machine is also located in the kitchen area and drying racks are located on both balconies.
BATHROOM:
- The bathroom has a double sink, large shower, toilet, bidet and a laundry hamper.
- Towels are provided.
BALCONIES:
There are 2 balconies, each equipped with a small table and 2 chairs, so you could comfortably enjoy the outside view of mountains, greenery and a gorgeous town of Riva del Garda.
Our guests have access to all open areas of the apartment, including common areas and balconies.

2. The Municipality of Riva del Garda has established the tourist tax that is applied to the overnight stays of non-residents. The tax is 1⏠per person / per night and it needs to be paid separately.
3. In response to Covid-19, the property has extended cleaning & disinfection measures and protocols to guarantee the safety of our guests.
