Sanibel 1701 est un condo d'angle ouest avec trois chambres, trois salles de bain et une vue incroyable sur le golfe et la petite lagune depuis le 17ème étage.

This place was PERFECT for our family! 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is what we needed to help keep all of us happy. The view is absolutely stunning. Well maintained and great communication throughout our stay. Great place to stay for a big family!
Living room had plenty of room for all 7 adults and 3 kids.
Dining area and kitchen! Great to work in.

Excellent condo

This condo was perfect for our family of 6 with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Photos are on point. Walk to the beach was super easy just across the street. Great view on both balconies and location is convenient to many restaurants. Amazing family vacation.

Beautiful Views!

We had a very enjoyable stay with our two adult sons. Everyone enjoyed having their own space. The unit was tastefully decorated, comfortable and clean. The best part was the views! Sunsets and sunrise plus views of the gulf, lagoon and mobile bay. We definitely are planning to return. Probably in the fall.

Our weather was so-so, so didn’t use the pool that much. The master shower had faucet problems, but were looked at quickly. The ceiling fan needed to be replaced. Only ran on low, but that also was looked at.

Well-appointed with gorgeous views!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful unit while in town for a wedding. It is not directly on the beach-which was ok with us. We had a beautiful view of the water and it looked like a short walk to the beach if we would have had time for that. We would definitely stay here again!

Just what we were looking for!!

The location was just as stated and couldn’t have been better. Walking distance to the beach was 5 min tops and building manager was friendly and gave great advice! We will definitely stay here again if we get the chance!

The Views

Love this place. Our girls trip was perfect. Nothing like the panoramic views of the gulf from Sanibel. Plenty of room for everyone.

Great stay in a great place!

We rented out 1701 in the Sanibel condo for our second year in a row. It did not disappoint! The building is safe and very well maintained. The unit is gorgeous and comfortable. We had no issues with check in. We were able to book an additional night at half price a few days before we were scheduled to arrive which was a nice surprise. We were communicated with often by the rental office and didn’t want for anything with this experience.

We was very happy. The outlook was great. Had lots of room.

My family was very happy. We had a great time not to far from the beach. We had a lot of room to move around and the view was great. We would love to go back next year. The rooms was nice and clean.

We had a great time on this trip. We’ve stayed in the Sanibel units multiple times over the past 10 years, but this was the first time using VRBO. We had zero complaints! They were easy to reach via text message and sent messages throughout the week to check on us and make sure things were going well. We will definitely use VRBO/I trips again!

Great getaway

This is a great condo. We were concerned about the noise of the neighbors (being a condo) but we never heard a thing. This is also an end unit so one of the few that has a porch looking over the gulf and the inlet. Being on the 17th floor is special. Very comfortable beds and good water pressure in the shower. It was also a nice surprise for it to have beach chairs, sand toys, a ton of great books and carts in the lobby for taking bags/supplies in and out. Highly recommend this one!

Excellent property in a great location.

We absolutely loved staying here. We had 8 people and it was the perfect amount of space. The place was very clean and well kept. We were very close to food, activities, shopping and most importantly ... the beach! We felt very safe in this location and allowed the kids a bit of freedom to walk to the beach on their own, hang out at the pool, and even take a short walk down the road for ice cream. With the beach right across the street, it was an easy (less than 5 min) walk with our wagon and items to spend a nice warm day in the sun. Would definitely recommend and look forward to heading back to the same place next summer!

Great vacation!

Wonderful condo! We cook in the condo a lot and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Condo was large enough for our 7 person family. The access to the beach is a little walk but not too bad. Its the public beach access right before you get to condo parking lot. Itrip was so helpful and nice when I contacted them. They also called to check and make sure that everything in the condo was fine when we checked in. We will definitely be using them again.

Beautiful Property, Beautiful Views

We really enjoyed our stay! The property is beautiful and the views are amazing. The only thing I would probably share with new visitors is to realize that that property management provides very very few starter soaps and some really cheap toilet paper that feels like sandpaper. (Honestly, a small issue, overall, I just want future visitors to be prepared!) Make sure you walk in the condo with hand soaps for all 3 bathrooms, toilet paper, paper towels, and of course your personal toiletries. Also, the only condiment provided is salt and pepper. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely rent from them again!

Amazing property! Beautiful views, clean unit, well stocked, peaceful. No complaints whatsoever on the unit! Sanibel office itself was so/so. Obtaining a parking pass was frustrating as we arrived after office hours and had to call 3 times to be told we would get a warning but to not worry about it and we could buy the pass the next day. I wish Sanibel would figure out a different way to handle these passes as it leaves a bad taste to receive a warning for something that isn’t our fault and especially since we tried so hard to be proactive in getting it. Also had a minor issue with management complaining to us about my husband borrowing a cart to carry fishing equipment and 2 coolers (too much for my teen son to carry) to the dock a few hundred feet behind the condo at the Little Lagoon park for 15 minutes. Not a huge issue but left a bad taste as it seemed silly since there were still 15 carts free to use for the 15 minutes we used ours. We love staying here though and have stayed at Sanibel for years .
