Located 30 minutes north of Cañon City by the beautiful Royal Gorge and 40 minutes South of Divide this is truly a Colorado gem, deep in the heart of the Gold Belt Scenic Byway.
The space
Very modern yet rustic décor. This space provides everything you need for cooking and food preparation including a large refrigerator and a shelf space in the freezer, a coffee-maker ,a large microwave, a gas stove, and plenty of pots and pans, potholders, and kitchen necessities.

there's a brand new Roku Smart TV which you can connect to through your own cell phone hotspot as most people have great service on the property. There are clean towels, and washcloths in each bathroom and if you run cold, there are extra blankets.

Feel free to wander outside and explore the 35 acre property. We live on the main and upper levels of the ranch house and are always available for your assistance.

Please keep in mind that this house is fully off the grid. While we have completed tremendous upgrades to our solar power system and the plumbing system, we just ask that you do not leave lights or electronics on when not being used and that you do not leave any water running for long periods of time unless you are showering or washing dishes. Also, your private entrance only locks from the inside.
