The Space:
Step inside this charming home and be greeted by a historic space with a modern update! The 1901 minerâs home has been fully renovated and resorted, boasting a space full of modern features while still retaining its historic charm. The home features an open and social layout with the living room and kitchen in one large open space providing a comfortable space for your group to connect before heading to the two private bedrooms for the night. With space to accommodate up to 6 guests, you canât beat the location of the home perfect for your group to enjoy year-round fun!
After a fun-filled day of exploring Park City, return to this stylish home, where you will find an inviting living room ideal for relaxing. Enjoy a movie night on the comfortable L-shaped sofa or chat with your group about the next dayâs adventure. The well-decorated room features a rustic exposed wood beam wall, vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, and stylish decor creating a charming and welcoming ambiance. Connected to the living room is the kitchen. The chef in your group is going to love cooking in this beautiful space! The fully equipped kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, spacious countertops, and a full range of cooking essentials, making it easy to prepare a meal during your stay. A large kitchen island with four bar stools provides a comfortable space to enjoy your meal or catch up on any remote work needs.
When you are ready to tuck in for the night, you will find the first bedroom just off the kitchen. This spacious bedroom is great for families traveling with little ones to share with, the room featuring both a queen-size bed and a cozy sofa bed. The bedroom includes two dressers, a TV, and a ductless a/c to keep you cool and comfortable on warm summer nights. A second bedroom also includes a queen-size bed with a stylish bed frame as well as a large dresser with a TV on top, ductless a/c, and a reading chair. Each of the bedrooms includes an attached bathroom for added comfort. The first bedroomâs bathroom includes a single-sink vanity, and a step-in shower, and doubles as the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer in the space. The second bedroomâs attached bathroom also includes a single-sink vanity and a shower.
During the summer months, you will love stepping outside and enjoying the private outdoor space the home features, with both a backyard and front yard area set up for entertaining. Head to the backyard, where you will find a patio table and chairs perfect for enjoying meals al fresco in the summer months. Or, head to the front of the home and enjoy the cozy outdoor fire pit with chairs situated around it, the perfect spot for late-night hang-outs with your group!

Guests will have access to the entire home as well as two parking spots.
