Our Hilltop Hideout chalets are located at the top of a steep hill (that's how they got their name!). Walking into downtown Helen is certainly possible—our kids love the adventure—but the return trip is uphill, so please plan accordingly.

We really enjoyed our stay here, convenient and close to town. Our kids loved the pool table and the hot tub! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and the beds were super comfortable we had enough space for everyone!

This stay was so nice! I am super picky about cleanliness and this place did not disappoint. Super clean and great for my kiddos. Close to Helen and easy to run back to for naps or snacks. Totally recommend for families.

The house was very well appointed with everything we needed for our stay (towels, dishes, very decent pots and pans) and is very close to downtown! It was perfect for our party of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids).

Beautiful cabin although the setup was a little odd. Walk into the eating area / kitchen from the front door and living space downstairs. None of the beds were particularly comfortable. Sectional downstairs has a huge spring messed up that made it impossible for all of us to sit together.

Awesome Oktoberfest Spot

Wonderful property and host, very accommodating throughout the stay. Property is beautiful and is a great spot to just relax after hiking or exploring the town. Would absolutely stay here again when I come back to Helen.

Better than expected

We had a great stay at this place and it was much larger than I thought from the photos. The back porches were great for morning coffee and time in the hot tub. We even saw a bear and cub walk through the woods behind the property!
