Quoi de mieux que la navigation de plaisance et 4 roues dans les mêmes vacances! À seulement 12 milles de la rampe de mise à l'eau du lac Bullfrog Lake. La pêche au strip-teaseuse et à la basse est incroyable! En dehors de la porte d'entrée, il y a 4 pistes cyclables partout, c'est comme un Moab caché sans toutes les personnes. À seulement quelques minutes du sentier panoramique de Burr vers Capital Reef & Boulder. Prenez le ferry pour une excursion d'une demi-journée à Natural Bridges. Faites une excursion d’une journée à Mexican Hat, où vous trouverez Swinging Steak (présenté sur la chaîne alimentaire), puis rendez-vous à Monument Valley avec les pôles d’échange pour Indian Jewelry & the Movie Museum. Découvrez aussi tous les souvenirs john Wayne partout. Vous pouvez toujours passer votre temps à profiter des vues spectaculaires sur notre terrasse à la belle étoile! Détendez-vous et prenez un verre en regardant le coucher de soleil sur la mesa, puis laissez-vous emporter par la vue panoramique sur des millions d'étoiles qui couvrent le ciel! N'oubliez pas de faire un vœu, car vous êtes certain de pouvoir en voir quelques-uns tirer sous vos yeux. Il est possible que vous décidiez de dormir en dessous et nous fournissons des serviettes pour le faire. Sinon, notre maison a 3 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain et une cuisine complète. Barbecue grill (propane non inclus, mais peut être fourni moyennant des frais supplémentaires) La chambre principale a 2 lits Queen et salle de bain privée avec TV / DVD / magnétoscope. Le salon et la cuisine ont la télévision directe avec lecteur DVD / magnétoscope. La chambre des enfants a des lits superposés et 1 Twin, la chambre a 1 reine. Les deux chambres disposent d'une télévision avec lecteur DVD et magnétoscope. Nous avons laissé une énorme collection de nos films de magnétoscope préférés à votre disposition.

Perfect Lake Powell Retreat

A wonderful family retreat from the long days we spent on Lake Powell! What a wonderful creative property that has all the amenities needed to get you close enough to the Bullfrog Marina without the hassle of RV pulling. Honi is a wonderful host and is thoughtful about all the needs lake goers have throughout their stay. The dedicated ice maker is a life saver and having a well stocked kitchen made our dinners so wonderful each night as we would return from the lake. The viewing deck was a favorite of our group and nights in the desert here were so enjoyable as we would relax and recharge for the next day. Be aware that Verizon cell phone service from the property is your best bet (those in our group that has T-Mobile had to wait for marina to get service). Overall, just a wonderful experience.

Better than a houseboat!

Since selling our houseboat share we have been trying to figure out the best way to do our annual Powell trip with our family of grown adult children and pulling the boat out daily and staying at this home turned out to be perfect! It's only 15 minutes from the marina and gave my family of 7 lots of room to spread out - so next year we'll probably bring a few more friends. The full kitchen is great but we also enjoyed eating meals at the Off-shore Marina Grill a couple minute drive away to save time cooking and cleaning - no one ever had a bad meal there. The owners have put so much thought and care into this property - from the decorations, perfect sizes of beds, DVD system and the star gazing deck, etc. we felt immediately at home. Coming in when it's dark we were thrilled to see the beautiful colored solar lights. Showers, AC, good night's sleep, quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors, everything at your fingertips so you don't need to overpack - it was all perfect and so easy. We'll definitely be doing Powell this way from now on! Thank you!

Unique!!

If you have any reason to be in this part of the world, this property was very unique and well supplied. We had family of all ages and everyone enjoyed it! There are even fun swings under the deck that my nieces loved! The deck is so fun for dining and sleeping under the stars!

Couples Boating Trip

The house was perfect for our group and we will certainly stay again. It's only a few minutes to Bullfrog and has plenty of room to park a truck and trailer. The stargazer deck is so cool and unique. The view view of the night sky is beyond amazing. We spent every evening watching the stars. Huni was great to work with and easy to get in touch with.

Great place to get out of the heat. Clean, well equipped and functional. Access to four wheeling. 15 min drive from the lake. Awesome star gazing!!

Great Lake Powell lodging!

The rental unit was way fun. You can sleep outside under the stars if you wish, or inside in air-conditioned comfort. The outside patio is ideal for evening games and conversation. When the sun goes down, the temperature is very comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked and everything works. It's a little bit of a drive to Bullfrog marina, but that's a minor inconvenience. We have AT&T cell service, and it's spotty at best in Ticaboo. Verizon seems to work well. The decor is whimsical and feels very homey. The single air conditioning unit cools the entire home very well. There is also ample parking for vehicles and trailers. The owner is very accessible and willing to consider suggestions. We'll be returning two more times this summer.

We just spent 5 days at Lake Powell and had the time of our lives! The weather was perfect for being on the lake all day and coming back to comfort and air conditioning was heavenly:-) The house is in a quiet neighborhood, close to the lake and has all of the comforts of home. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and utensils to make and serve your own meals at your leisure. And there are nice showers and bathrooms for cleaning up after a day in the sand and the sun. The home is so inviting and comfortable and the kids loved the swings! We spent our evenings relaxing up on the deck, enjoying the view and reliving the highlights of our day. Later, we would pop popcorn and watch movies from their VERY large movie collection. It was a perfect place to stay and we look forward to doing it again! Honi was a sweetheart and very helpful in making our trip a memorable one. Thanks so much, Honi, and the rest of the Thompson family, for sharing your home with us!

Summer Fun

My family and I spent 3 days here and we had a blast. There were plenty of trails right around us for hiking, running, and riding. The place was very clean and homely :) We were very close to the lake so hauling our jet ski's back and forth was simple. The last time we had stayed in Lake Powell, we camped and this was sooooo much easier. Great time and I am sure we will stay again!!!!!!

Endless summer

Spent three days In this little gem with 10 people. This house is a great way to do Lake Powell, storms can be a stress times while trying to camp on the lake. The things about the house I really liked was how close to the lake we were, the observation deck with a beautiful view of the red cliffs. Perfect for a nice salmon dinner with friends. The inside of the house is very clean and has a warm beach feel about it. This was by far one of the best Powell trips I have ever been on. We beat the weather every day and got off the lake and watched the rain roll of the red rocks, without a worrying about the boat. The owners of the property are great people and very organized. Planning another trip with Honi again. Thanks for helping us keep the endless summer alive . sincerely, Happy Wakesurfer

We have spent most of our lives outdoors loving to camp, hike, boat, wake boarding, snorkeling & snowboarding in the winter. Trying to enjoy everything Utah has to offer. It has been our goal to spend as much time as possible together as a family! This property is sacred to us as we can spend days touring around the valley, hiking for treasures, or hours on the lake all to come home to somewhere that to everyone who stays feels like home. We love having this gorgeous place to share with others.

This location is absolutely amazing! We always went to Lake Powell Boating and camping out in tents spending days prior packing bedding, cooking supplies ect, not knowing there was land available to purchase in this gorgeous scenery right outside of the national park where we could actually have all the same accommodations of home without all the stress of packing everything up to camp. Now its all there ready for us to walk in & use.

Every trip we discover more places on land to venture to while still spending time at our favorite place to visit ever Lake Powell! We have always loved 4 wheeling but never until we found this house knew that you could do it in the same trip! We can be in the desert hiking or Swimming in the lake one minute and up in the cooler air of the Henry mountains with pine trees and aspens the next. Never have we seen so many shooting stars as when hanging out on the deck. Every morning we love having our coffee & taking the dogs out for a walk on the red sand trails while discussing what adventure to take that day & whether to be on land or water.
