Overall, I would rate our stay 3 out of 5 stars. There were some great features, but also several issues that impacted our experience.The location was excellent, and we really enjoyed having a private rooftop pool and outdoor kitchen, which was a highlight of the stay. The patio off the bedrooms was a great space to relax, and the adults-only public pool upstairs with a bar was a nice added touch.However, upon arrival it was clear the unit had not been properly cleaned. All dishes and cutlery â including items stored in cupboards â were dirty, with hardened food on plates, utensils, and residue in glasses. We had to wash everything before use. The floors throughout the condo were also very dirty.For a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit accommodating four people for a two-week stay, only four towels total were provided. With no laundry facilities, this was not sufficient. There were also no face cloths or extra towels, so we had to purchase our own.There were no extra blankets, the pillows were poor quality, one bedroom had no closet, the safe did not work, and there were stains on a bed cover. Additionally, there were no instructions for using the stove or the TV, which made settling in difficult.With better cleanliness, more basic amenities, and clearer instructions, this condo could be a great place to stay given its location and amenities.
