The home is under 3 miles from the Naval Academy campus on a beautiful wooded 1 ½ acre lot in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is a perfect location to access local events and festivities. The home is 5,400 square feet and boasts 7 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms and can comfortably sleep 15+ people. The home includes a fully operable kitchen, 1 mini-kitchenette, 3 living rooms, 2 dining areas, TV room, ample parking, large backyard and deck/grill. It also includes a two-bedroom basement apartment with a separate entrance that includes a kitchen, full bathroom and living space. The Owner is a born and raised “Annapolitan”, experienced short term rental host, and offers a wealth of information for the area. You will feel at home and taken care of at Deacon Way.
