Quiet retreat on dead end street. Private entrance.
Complete with close outdoor Jacuzzi, comfy queen bed, boho kitchen, coffee bar, Netflix and washer dryer, among the amenities.
Am a text away for anything else you desire!
Beautiful park half a block away. Frisbee golf? Exercise trail? It's there! 7 min drive to downtown. Columbia has great restaurants and many fun activities.

Jack, the ginger cat and Mazey, the pup will entertain you outside. please don't feed them

We had a wonderful stay! We appreciated all Claire's recommendations and quick responses. It was a delightful weekend. The hot tub was cozy and refreshing. Mazey and Jack were wicked cute. Highly recommend!!!

Claire was a wonderful host, she is very welcoming as are her dog Maisie and her cat Jack. The hot tub was wonderful, and her backyard is quiet and peaceful, we felt very comfortable getting in it, neighbors are not very close. The unit itself had everything we needed and is very eclectic in its decor. We enjoyed our visit immensely and would not hesitate to book again.

If you are in visiting Columbia especially to visit your kids attending one of the colleges in town, this is a perfect, quiet location. Check in was simple and easy. Parking was easy as well as it was right on the street, right in front of the location.

This was by far my most relaxing stay in Columbia yet. Everything from communication and cleanliness to the comfort and cozy feel of the property, inside and out. Claire made me feel right at home and I couldnt have been more comfortable. I truly hope to stay here again, in all of my future visits to COMO. Thanks again, Claire!

Unable to stay

We were not able to stay at the location due to an onsite issue we encountered. I won't go into details, but have contacted Vrbo about it. We only remained at this property for 30-45min. This space is a walk out basement in an occupied home. You can hear conversations/sounds from upstairs.

Dad's Weekend Retreat

It was our daughter's sorority dad's weekend. This was a nice, clean, quiet, comfy place for her dad to stay away from the football chaos of the weekend but also enjoy the festivities. Located about not too far from campus, football and restaurants.

Great weekend stay

The apartment was just as described and the eclectic decor gives a fun touch. Stocked with coffee and a gallon of bottled water in a full sized fridge and the bathroom was stocked with some extras like feminine products, cotton balls, soaps, shampoo and lotion. The property has a convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. We were very pleased with our stay and with Claire as our host.

Really enjoyed everything about it here. Claire was really kind and considerate... You always hear about hosts being good and caring but you could tell she meant every bit of it. The property was quiet and relaxing and her animals also gave it a home away from home feel. Definitely enjoyed our stay!!
