Welcome to our Urban Oasis, a spacious home located in a family friendly neighborhood in the heart of the San Fernando Valley. Whether you are looking for a place to kick back and relax after exploring the city, stay for a special event in LA, or need a place to work from home for an extended period of time, you will love it here. With modern decor, a quiet work area, and space for kids of all ages, this is a perfect home away from home.

The Minne-haus is a spacious and bright home recently remodeled home with all updated appliances.

~ Inside: The house has three bedrooms and an office. The master bedroom has a lush california-king bed and a full bathroom with his & her sinks and a bathtub with relaxing jets. The second room has a comfy queen size bedroom and shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom that has two twin beds. The office is the perfect work space and also has a sofa bed. A half bathroom by the front entrance leads to an open floor plan with a kitchen that has an inviting island, a family dining area and large living room with a plush L-shape sofa in front of a big flat screen TV. The house offers strong WIFI that will meet the needs of any professional working remotely and young ones that participate in online learning.

~ Outside: Step in a wooden deck that leads to the backyard of the house holding a pool, a lush green area with delicious citrus trees, and a wooden patio pergola with comfortable outdoors furniture next to a grill to have a family BBQ and to enjoy the beautiful LA weather.

The house is located in the heart of the San Fernando Valley with easy access to freeways, ten minutes from the Van Nuys Flyaway and several valley Metro stations. Two cars can park in the driveway, but there is ample street parking. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe in which you will see people walking their dogs or going for an evening walk

The Minne-haus is a great place to stay when you visit L.A.
