Experience a fantastic and unforgettable escapade when you book this fantastic three-story cabin! This family-friendly home away from home is part of The Coosawattee River Resort, which has facilities within the resort that our guests can utilize. The Rec Center is located off the Eagle Mountain Gate and consists of an indoor Olympic-size pool (heated during winter), a basketball court, a tennis court, a pickleball court, 18-hole mini golf, a game room with coin-operated arcade, pool tables, and an air hockey machine, and fitness center with treadmills, weight machines, free weights, rowing machine, and exercise bikes.

Upon entering this charming retreat, you will discover a cozy and welcoming open floor plan with rustic touches here and there. Wind down in front of the gas fireplace and watch a fun movie or show on the TV or break out any of the provided board games for an entertaining evening with your loved ones. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including stainless steel appliances, two coffee makers (drip and Keurig), and even an Instant Pot. The main level enjoys an extensive deck with tree-lined views and a cozy seating area. The first level features a family room with another gas fireplace and a large TV. From here, you can access a covered patio with a beautiful swing. And last, but not least, the upper-level loft offers a secluded sleeping nook.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Riverside and Foxhound pools are open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Fireplaces are operable from October 1st – April 15th only.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
