Disapointed

The communication was not timely. We arrived at the location and found the home had no AC. Some of my family refused to stay for this same reason. The bath towels were old and no face towels were available. The kitchen was not fully equipped with daily kitchen utensils. NO COFFEE MAKER. One we contacted the owner they delivered the coffee maker the following day. No remote control, we had the maintenance staff bring one the following day. Overall very disappointed, the house was not equipped as described.

The apt wasn’t as described, upon our arrival none of the outlets worked, no hot water! They sent us to a different apartment to shower very inconvenient. The communication was horrible and replies would be a couple hours later. Upon requesting for things to get fixed no maintenance workers were on site to come fix. They didn’t even have a spare key to go into apartment to fix issues that we inquired about and had to stall our plans to be present to open door for maintenance workers. When requesting for apartment to be cleaned they were charging us extra fees for clean up and no toiletries were given or trash bags we had to go purchase on our own. The only time property manager was present was on check in to collect payment for stay other than that we never saw her again. Overall stay was a bad experience for it to be my first time in Mexico City and for it to be in Polanco which is one of the best cities to stay at from feedback of friends.

El departamento estĂĄ muy bien situado y las camas cĂłmodas y limpio, pero nos resultĂł que estaba poco cuidado y le faltaba algo mĂĄs de menaje. En cuanto a la comunicaciĂłn con el propietario pudieron proporcionarnos una cuna pero esta vino sin colchĂłn y tardaron un par de dĂ­as en darnos una soluciĂłn. Recomiendo si apenas vas a pasar tiempo en el departamento.
