This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom townhome features two king bedrooms, a bunk room with six twin beds, an open main-level layout, a private garage, and access to Club Solitude amenities.
Important Winter Access Information
For stays from November 1 through April 15, please review the following before booking:
- Guests must arrive in a vehicle equipped with approved winter tires marked with the three-peak mountain snowflake symbol (3PMSF), or carry approved traction devices, as required by applicable canyon traction rules.
- Plan to arrive by 8:00 p.m. during active snowfall to reduce the likelihood of encountering unplowed roads.
- Do not use Uber or Lyft to travel to this property. Rideshare vehicles may not meet winter traction requirements and may be unable to reach the home or return for pickup.
- The home can accommodate a maximum of two vehicles. At least one vehicle must be parked in the garage in winter. The garage clearance is 6’8”.

Four additional seats are available at the adjacent breakfast bar, providing dining space for the full group.
Primary King Suite
The first spacious suite includes a king bed with comfortable linens and furnishings, and an ensuite full bathroom.
Downstairs King Bedroom
The second spacious suite also includes a king bed and offers another private sleeping space for couples or adults traveling together.
Downstairs Bunk Room
The third bedroom includes two sets of triple twin bunk beds for a total of six twin sleeping spaces.
This room is well suited for children, friends, or groups who prefer individual beds.
Bathrooms
In addition to the primary ensuite bathroom, the townhome includes another full bathroom downstairs and one half bathroom on the main level.
Private Hot Tub
Three Bears Hideaway houses the only private hot tub available at a Solitude townhome, offering a relaxing place to unwind after skiing, hiking, or exploring Big Cottonwood Canyon.

Wood-Burning Fireplaces
The home includes two wood-burning fireplaces.
Guests should follow all posted fireplace instructions and use only approved firewood and materials (provided).
