After 3 months of renovations, the Penthouse at Casa Arroyo is finished!
This a huge loft space complete with a full kitchen, laundry room, living room and newly renovated bathroom all with ocean / jungle views. Great for long or short term stays!
There is a brand new pool and hot tub that is shared with 3 other units.
Casa Arroyo is situated just steps from the beach on the North Side, which is in my opinion the best beach that Sayulita has to offer. Plus you are far from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but only a 10-15 walk to the plaza if you want to party. Due to a steep hill coming back to the house, guests often rent a Golf Cart or ATV to get around quicker too. Plus it's a lot of fun!
Guests will have access to the enclosed garage, pool, hot tub and common areas.
Host is not liable for noise caused by construction or parties.
