This freshly renovated 1-bedroom apartment offers you a relaxing retreat in the Rose City Park neighborhood, which is in the heart of the city with easy access to parks, nightlife, and downtown.
The space
Newly built garden-level apartment is clean, bright, and cozy with almost 900 square feet of living space, and offers cable, wifi, and most every comfort of home. Guests have their own private entrance, private bathroom/bedroom, and do not share the space with anyone else. Many amenities and entertainment options such as board games, a Play station 2 with video games, cable tv, and internet connection. A beautiful floor to ceiling stone tile walk-in shower for your morning showers, and you also have a private laundry room. Guests also have access to the fenced-in backyard with a grill, and can relax in the beautiful private hot tub. A pack-and-play is available for our littlest guests.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire garden level of the house, including the laundry room, and private backyard with beautiful hot tub and grill. Private side entrance in the driveway with electronic lock allows for easy access so arriving at anytime is a breeze. The code is sent a couple days before your arrival.

If no other guests are coming or going on the days that you arrive and check-out then we can be extremely flexible on check-in, and check-out times. Just touch base with us to find out. However, if we need to accommodate another guest then we need to limit check-in time to as early as 3pm and check-out time as late as 11am. This allows us to be able to turn around the apartment to our exacting standards of cleanliness which we know people appreciate.
Other things to note
If you like the outdoors, we are only 30 minutes away from the incredible scenic Columbia River Gorge, and only an hour away from Mt Hood.

If you have a little one with you that does not require a bed, they do not count towards our 4 guest maximum. We have a binder FULL of information to help you enjoy your stay.
