You get it all, safety fun convenience and family oriented gated community area of Canyon lake, Riverside, CA. Our house is few steps from the lodge where you can enjoy the dining, the bar or the heated junior Olympic pool overlooking the lake and Mountain View. Or just to cross the street to the tennis courts and all other activities. Or you can just jump from your backyard to swim at the lake or take your kayak or boat. At night you may like to just use our spa enjoying the quite peaceful view of the lake. Canyon lake is well know secured family community with its own app showing a lot of information regarding the activities, entertainment and fun. One of the best locations for fire work at 4th or festivals. You probably are aware of what I am speaking about but if not, you may need to visit to check it out yourself. Notes: 1-For long stay of 4 weeks or more, guest to pay $2000 as refundable deposit after deducting the utilities cost as Electricity, Water and propane.
Handling the lock Box code for checking in will be after receiving the $2000 deposit.
2-For several months stay, the guest will pay the utilities once the host submit the usage bill so we keep the $2000 for the last month of stay to deduct from.
3-Some amenities like the pool table and the hammock are per guest request and with extra charges of $100 each.
4-The spa will be checked as empty and clean, guests per their desires can fill it and it may take up to 12 hours to be heated using good amount of electricity.
5- For Safety, we encourage to shut off the propane tank in the garage if the stove or the dryer are not in use for 24H.
6-Host as a courtesy can help the guest to call in some guests visitors up to once a week giving the full names and the time periods. At no time the house to accommodate more than 10 people at one time. Absolutely no parties.
7-For more than a month stay, it will be beneficial for the guest to fill a lease form with the POA paying extra deposit of $3000 so the guest can call in his friends and have an access to the resort pool. Please be aware that the POA rules are very strict and guest can be easily fined.
8- Please don’t park in the street unless you get from the POA their permit and don’t park outside the driveway.
