Payden was an absolute Fantastic Host! 1st time at the Property and was nervous/concerned about the check in process. Payden graciously communicated with me outside of the VRBO email process(which was Very Frustrating). She gave our party “Peace of Mind” that there would be No Hiccups accessing the Front Entrance of the Unit. When we arrived the access code worked and we were able to get into the unit. Payden has a very simple, reliable system for that process(vs very frustrating technically complicated door access systems by other hosts from past experiences). Payden is local in Miller, SD, owns / manages a boutique store on the ground floor just below her Vacation Rental. I appreciated her hospitality! Carl

Exactly as advertised! Plenty of room for a large group. Perfect location, pretty much within walking distance of everything in town. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We loved all of the space to spread out after a few big days with family. My kids would have taken the bunk bed home with them if they could have! Fantastic location, great host!

Short Stay

We had a great stay! It was quick, but we got into the VRBO very easily, and to check out was easy as well. Very clean and comfortable, and the host let us come in again to shower after we worked that morning. We will definitely stay again!

Stayed 2 nights at the apartment in Miller, SD and the 5 of us really enjoyed the stay and we are staying here again in September! Great place to stay!

Family Reunion

This was the perfect place to spend a couple nights along with kids and grandkids. Much nicer than hotel room and great to have nice size area to gather and visit and play board games.

Convenient Location

Went pheasant hunting and it the property is in a great spot. Convenient Location to food, groceries and gas. Had a great time and the owner made everything very easy.

Great Family property

This property was great. The location was easy to find, plenty of parking, clean, and spacious. The living area was comfortable and there was enough room to spread out. I had to contact the owner one time during our stay and they were quick to respond. If we are in the area again we would definitely stay again.

Great Location

This apt above the 650 is awesome.Very clean and cozy. There was no street noise, even though it’s on Main Street. Beds are comfortable, A/C kept the apt at a very comfortable temperature. This is a great place for families. We’ll be back
