Alvin Offers the Best of Small-Town Texas! You'll love the quaint, charming downtown with boutiques and local festivals. While this city may be smaller in population you can enjoy world-class nature reserves like the Brazos Bend State Park, Bayou Wildlife Zoo, Brazoria National Wildlife and more. Being just outside of Houston has its benefits, notably the night sky views, which can be appreciated at the George Observatory, less than 15 miles away down Highway 6 towards Galveston. The award winning Haak Vineyards & winery is a great place to spend a Saturday. Tours and wine for purchase are available, and during warm weather days, the Winery also hosts community-friendly events!

Great well-equipped home!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home! It is in a great neighborhood, is very well equipped, and very clean as well. Communication with the host was easy, quick, and positive. I would recommend this home if you need a great place to stay in Alvin!

Great home away from home

This house was very nice, clean and comfortable. It was even nicer than the pictures! There was much attention to detail and very accommodating. I highly recommend!

Granddaughter graduation

The women had a rough time under the same roof. (Lol) but the men had a great time with the kids. Having different rooms to separate them was a blessing, house was divided up perfectly for what we needed. Loved the house the area. Lots of close places for shopping.

Beautiful home! Great host!

I was looking for a place to stay close to a new job, that I was trying out. This worked, took me about 30 minutes to get to work. The host was available when ever we needed her, and the house is well equipped! The only real problem was that I thought that I was getting a 4 bedroom house, but the 4th bedroom, is actually more or a den. No walls or door. Right off the kitchen and Laundry area, also the garage is,”reserved for the owners use.” So we couldn’t bring the kids bikes, and I had to park outside. We stayed for a month. My kids loved the splash pad, and the neighborhood felt safe. I would recommend this home, and would stay there again myself.
