Reservations in this unit come with access to two parking spots, with additional parking available through Sunrise Resort & Event Center.

The Tennis Building at Harbor Village
Welcome to the Tennis Building at Harbor Village.  Enjoy access to shared community amenities including a seasonal outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, and tennis courts--see below for details--and large grass play areas, all within walking distance! Located across from Bear Lake State Park Marina, our Tennis Building condo offers easy access to year round dining, groceries, paved trails, and recreation rentals.  Discover comfort and convenience in this serene lake setting.

A note about our amenities
Certain listed amenities must be reserved separately and may be subject to availability. Basketball and tennis are on-site and access is included, all other activities must be reserved separately. Call for details.

**The heated, outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. The tennis and basketball courts are closed during the snow season. Hot tub is open until Jan 4, 2026 and will reopen Memorial Day Weekend 2026**

Comfortable beds, and dedicated bathrooms. Older furnishings, and sleeper sofa mattresses need replacing. Beautiful spot and fair price for the weekend. Would stay again.

Great Location

We have stayed here before, love that it is near the harbor. There are improvements to the condo that could be done to make it easier to stay, we could not find linen's that fit the pull out sofa beds and only 2 blankets that were small. The kitchen lacks in some supplies , like more glasses, tall ones would be nice. We appreciate the in condo washer and dryer and that the garbage is not too far to take out. The pool is great. Next year we will bring a lot of extra blankets and linens to use the sofa bed, and paper product's and perhaps better pans to cook with. Our internet was not working and they fixed it as soon as they could and that was appreciated.
