Welcome to our inviting attic apartment, an ideal retreat for couples or solo travelers seeking comfort and charm. This thoughtfully designed one-bedroom space features a plush queen-sized bed for restful nights, a modern walk-in shower for a refreshing start to your day, and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the evenings on the shared backyard patio with a gas grill and fire pit. Whether you're relaxing after a day of exploring or enjoying a peaceful morning coffee, this charming hideaway has everything you need for a memorable stay.

Parking and building entrance will be shared with guests from the second floor unit. It’s self checkin with two separate codes. One to get into the building (shared with other guests) and one to enter the third floor (only shared with you).

This is a charming older home that’s been converted into a triplex. Please keep in mind that sound can travel a bit more easily between units than in modern construction. You may hear footsteps or voices from neighboring guests. To help everyone enjoy their stay, we ask that all guests observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, please keep noise to a minimum both inside your unit and in shared spaces. Thanks for your understanding and for helping us keep the home peaceful for everyone!

My husband and I enjoy our stay at this beautiful and modern apartment. The place was very clean and comfortable. The communication with the owner was smooth and checking in was easy. I would consider booking this little gem again, it was perfect for our needs.

Considering we are both in our 70’s it would have been nice to know the unit was on the 3rd floor. Luckily we are both in very good shape for our age. Bed was pretty firm but adequate. We hit our head several times because of the angle of the ceiling. On a positive note !!!! The unit was extremely clean. Adequately supplied and comfortable

Fabulous host!

There was a snafu regarding our booking, but our host Alexa bent over backwards to make sure we had a nice place to stay during our visit with our son and our grandchildren. Her properties are sparkling clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Alexa is very professional and an absolute delight to work with. We would not hesitate to book with her again. Thank you, Alexa! 5+ stars!!!

Perfectly Perfect!

This apartment is even better in person! Very clean and comfortable with the perfect amount of cozy! Located in south Calumet, this apartment is close to small-town conveniences, beautiful hiking trails, and waterfalls—it's the ideal base camp for exploring the Keweenaw peninsula, a tranquil and relaxing place to return to after a long day of hiking. Alexa is a fantastic host and communicator. She provides all of the necessities for a welcoming and comfortable stay. Without any doubt or reservation, we recommend this stay to any small party (1-2 people) for an enjoyable trip! It was just my husband and I; this apartment perfectly accommodated our party size and needs. We loved our stay and will return for another.
