Walk to Brew Haus, Gary’s Restaurant and Verona Beach State Park. Sylvan Beach 1 minute drive. 10 minutes to Turning Stone Casino. Uber available. Bbq and fire pit for your use. Plenty of parking for boats and trailers. Relax by the duck pond or walk the trails of the State Park. Always peaceful here. Attention to detail. Always spotless for your arrival. Tv in bedroom and living room. Hot plate allows you to cook breakfast or dinner. Large yard with plenty of places to relax. Grill , chairs, fire pit and corn hole for your enjoyment.

My stay was excellent. Everything was super clean and everything worked fine. Very cozy spot in a great area right near the beach. It was a short drive to chittenango falls, which was beautiful, and a short walk to berona beach park, also very nice. Julie is an excellent host

Awesome stay!

We stayed at this home for one night on our way to New England with our dog. It was such a great stop for us! The property was super clean, easy to get to and located near the lake. Would definitely stay here again!

Weekend getaway, concert at Turning Stone

The room was immaculate!! I have never stayed in such a clean room! The grounds were beautiful with assorted flowers and places to sit.

Great place to stay for short getaway. It was more like staying in a boutique hotel than your typical vacation rental. The property had some great extras that were appreciated including toiletries, a coffee station, and a beach parking pass. Julie was very welcoming and even loaned us a tie out for our dog. We would definitely stay there again if we’re in the Sylvan Beach/Verona area.

Great stay, highly recommend

The property was very close to the beach and was very clean and cared for. The TV's in both the main room and bedroom were very nice. Solid stay, would recommend to any 1 or 2 person group looking to stay near the beach and Turning Stone or Lake House Casino.

Great overnight

We have a camp in Sylvan Beach but our water is still off for winter so we choose Julie's property for a quick overnight stay.Impeccably clean and toasty warm on a cold night we had a great stay.

Cute little place. Very clean and tidy. Everything you need was available. Hostess was in communication with us. Bed was very comfortable. I could have used a small step to get into it for my short legs. Over all, great place. Close to attractions. Would definitely reccomend.

We loved our stay here. Super clean and modern, loved the backyard and duck pond, nice quiet road. Went for morning walks to Verona Beach. Close to everything. Restaurants in the area had great food and service. Everyone was so friendly. Sylvan Beach was just amazing for swimming and only a few minutes drive. Julie was super nice and was there if we needed anything. Highly recommend!!

Very nice stay.

The duplex is just the right size for a couple or single traveling. It was a clean comfortable and modern place. The only issue I had was the bed was very squeaky. Otherwise my stay was amazing. I will definitely reserve to stay there again. Julie was a perfect host.
