Appartement Folly Beach Riverfront avec rampe de mise à l'eau, kayaks et vélos!

Venez pour la plage, mais restez pour les vues! Sortez par vos portes-fenêtres ouvrant sur votre véranda offrant une vue imprenable sur la rivière environnante et le marais qui entourent la maison. Détendez-vous dans vos chaises longues tout en sirotant du vin et en admirant les couchers de soleil spectaculaires. Apportez vos jumelles pour voir les nombreux oiseaux et autres animaux sauvages qui font régulièrement leur apparition à la maison.
Le quai est temporairement abaissé, alors utilisez la rampe pour sortir les kayaks et explorer la mer. Lorsque vous êtes hors de l'eau, utilisez le laissez-passer de stationnement gratuit pour la plage pour éviter d'avoir à trouver une place de stationnement.
L'appartement est ouvert et spacieux à 1000 pieds carrés avec des fenêtres à gogo présentant les vues fabuleuses. La cuisine et la salle de bain sont rénovées. La cuisine est entièrement équipée de casseroles, poêles, plats, etc. Faire griller à l'extérieur sur le gril à charbon ou se détendre dans le hamac.
Le salon comprend un canapé-lit queen-size et une causeuse, un téléviseur HD à écran plat de 40 pieds? avec un câble premium, y compris HBO, Showtime, Starz, Cinemax, etc. ainsi qu'une connexion Internet sans fil haut débit gratuite. La chambre est assez grande avec un lit king size avec tous les draps fournis.
Nous sommes à environ un mile de la plage, mais fournissons des vélos ou un laissez-passer de stationnement public qui fournit un parking gratuit à la plage et l'entrée aux parcs du comté de Charleston.

We took our first trip here as a couple and we loved our stay. The property is beautiful and an easy drive to Folly Beach and downtown Charleston. The county park pass for beach access was great to have.

The view from the apartment is nice and it is located in a quiet neighborhood that is well situated for exploring Folly Beach and Charleston. The apartment's kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Had it been warmer, we would have used the kayaks and bikes. Communication was timely and clear. Unfortunately two appliances were broken (HVAC, oven - though the cooktop and microwave worked) and coordinating repairs with various characters (neighbor, owner, etc) wasn't on our vacation wish list, so we opted to manage without those. If renters are staying in the house above, be prepared for unavoidable noise - no fault of the renters, just thin walls, floors, and a few decks. All told the basics are taken care of, the extras like bikes and kayaks are appreciated, and the dog friendly location works well.

We had a wonderful weekend! Enjoyed getting out on the water and it was great to have a place to tie up our own tandem kayak! The Gazebo provided the perfect space for starting the day with beautiful sunrises and engaging wildlife!

The cottage was very clean and we loved having the dock to walk out on. We were able to pick oysters and grilled those two nights. It had everything that you needed for a beach weekend and we loved it there. We will definitely stay there again!

Peaceful and perfect

The home was such a respite on my way back from a long week. It was a stop for a day between Va and my home in Fl. Just being able to sit on the gazebo and watch the sunset and the tide was wonderful. I enjoyed the beach, took the kayak out and made it into Charleston for dinner. Thanks for the peaceful break!

Great location minutes' drive to beach and stores! The pass for the park on Folly was a game changer! Great spot-on beach and the facilities and Parking were great!

Perfect spot!

I absolutely loved this spot! It is close to everything but feels very private. The view from the patio and gazebo were beautiful. The space itself was very nice and spotless. I will definitely stay at this space if it is available on my next visit.

The perfect weekend getaway even when the weather can’t decide what to do! We came here for our 45th wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint! The bed was comfy, the scenery was beautiful, the wildlife was phenomenal, the apartment was well appointed with everything we needed, it was clean and quiet. We got a neighbor upstairs, but that was all good too. We coexisted nicely and there was plenty of space for all of us outside. The neighborhood is nice for walks and fun bike rides too! Close proximity to Charleston and Folly Beach was delightful as well. We used the parking pass and enjoyed a nice afternoon at the beach and enjoyed a meal at Taco Boy. All in all, this little apartment delivered a perfect respite from our busy life and left us with a smile as we left!
