A stunning four season lake house with over 200ft of private lakefront. Situated on Macfarlane Lake with 2 large docks and gazebo to relax and enjoy the views, and an outdoor patio and barbecue for dining. Perfect for swimming, fishing and water activities. During the winter, the lake is popular for ice fishing, snowmobiling and hockey. It is a short 5 minute drive from Kivi Park where guests can hike, ATV, enjoy skating trails and so much more! Under 15 minute drive to town.
5 large bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms including 2 soaker tubs. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need (microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven, dishes, cooking utensils, wine glasses and cutlery). 2 wine coolers. Beautiful patio for dining and barbecue included. On-site laundry machine, fresh bedding, pillows and soft towels provided. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryer provided. Unlimited high speed internet and 3 Smart TV's with Netflix and Prime. 3 indoor fireplaces. Full bar, kitchen, pool table and large 9 person hot tub in the basement!

Sudbury Work Trip

Our work trip to Sudbury doubled as a relaxing get away. The home was beautiful with waterfront access and a beautfiul view of the lake. About a 10 minute drive into the heart of Sudbury. The hosts were excellent and addressed our questions in a timely manner. We would have liked to know in advance that the water front was not set up (docks were not in for the season, and some outdoor repairs to the stone retaining walls were needed). We still were able to make the most of the location and enjoyed our stay. Our team would gladly visit again.

Great Place, bad management company.

Place was amazing 10/10 but the stay was dampened by all the issues with the company running this listing. Firstly they said we can arrive for early check in no worries. Then when I checked a week ahead of time I was told it can’t be done when this was a big reason we booked as we were driving 5 hours and wanted to make the most of the day. The day of we leave to arrive at 3pm for a 5 hour drive only to be told the actual check in is at 4pm and the 3pm is due to a “system glitch” where it had shown 3pm for over 3 months of booking. We are told this while on the way from a 5 hour drive. I am then told if I want to check in at 3pm I can pay extra for early check in… when they told me the reason wed have to wait until 4pm is the cleaners wont be done. I still don't understand how paying extra at 2pm would force the cleaners to finish early and let us go at our original time but I digress. Finally they say we can check in at 3pm with no charge after I was getting somewhat upset about the situation and having to communicate this with 10 other people driving up. We are then told they looked at the cameras because the neighbours said there was garbage (no garbage was left out) and interrupted our last night here. I then ask for late check out and am willing to pay but did not receive a reply (which was a no we cant accommodate) at 1pm the day of checkout so 2 hours past our check out time!! The place was an amazing spot but the company that manages it hampered the experience a lot.
