Livingroom has a new sofa, lift top coffee table, sofa table with usb ports, smart tv, fireplace, ac and a dining table/desk.

Kitchen has a full-size fridge, large deep sink, microwave, 2 burner induction stovetop, countertop oven/air fryer, single cup coffee/tea/hot chocolate maker and a French press along with all dishes and cook wear.

The spacious bedroom has a brand-new queen bed with nice soft linens and pillows, lamps with usb ports, antique dresser, storage bench and garment rack.

Bathroom has a large shower with great water pressure and a full-length mirror.

Private washer/dryer and laundry area in the unit.

Guest access

Guests have exclusive access to the front porch. Private sitting area and entrance. Free off street assigned parking space for 1 vehicle.

About the Property and Host

This is a multigenerational family home. I purchased this house a few years ago to have a safe, happy place for my family to be close and help one another. There are 3 separate units here in addition to this new apartment that we just completed renovating. It is a safe, comfortable, friendly place to live.

We've done extensive renovations over the past few years and are now ready to open our home to traveling medical staff and other professionals who are in need of a comfortable, clean, safe, private place to call home while they are here providing much needed services to our little community.

I live on site and am always available to answer any questions you may have, resolve any issues that come up or to provide recommendations for anything you may be interested in doing while here.

I have a sweet, friendly, 2 year old Aussie/German Shepherd mix named Max who lives downstairs with me. He does not have any access to your space or the front porch, so you can rest assured that you don't have to interact with the dog at all unless you choose to.
