This is a two bedroom, one bath apt., living/dining room and kitchen area is a fluid open space. Bedroom Queen bed, dresser and closet. Covered parking garage. Cute old fashion appliances, big windows, across from Bixby Park and a block and 1/2 from Ocean Blvd and the beach. Located in the great Bluff Park area, near restaurants and public transportation. Convenient location between 2nd Street shopping area and Downtown Long Beach restaurants and dance clubs.
This is a small building, with quiet friendly people. The beach is 2 blocks away, Farmers market across the street on Tues and Saturdays, and Yoga by the beach at 11 (all year) and 6 PM -during summer- (donations base). 4 blocks for Retro row, a street full of vintage stores, beautiful cafes, and outdoor places to have a drink. Music on weekends and excellent cool restaurants like Sage and Alder in 4st.
