This completely remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Fairway Nine condo (with a large loft) is situated just off the ninth hole of the Elkhorn Golf Course with easy access to the Sun Valley ski slopes, guest amenity passes to Elkhorn Resort amenities, and all the comforts of home for a short or long stay in Sun Valley!

The moment you step inside, the double-volume ceilings create an exceptional sense of space and a welcoming ambiance to put you in vacation mode. Snuggle into one of the plush leather sofas with a favorite book, stream your favorite shows in the loft TV room, and enjoy the perks of a private home with a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area for your home-cooked meals. Mixing business with leisure? The loft area has a dedicated workspace and there's free WiFi.

Fairway Nine 4365 comfortably accommodates a maximum of 4 guests in two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, a sunlit seating area, and a private bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with the use of a shared hallway bathroom. With the benefit of a private washer and dryer, you can even pack light and stay longer!

Elkhorn Resort Amenities

Guests of Fairway Nine have use of a seasonally heated pool (which is temporarily closed for renovation), hot tub, and dry sauna within the complex, as well as communal pools, hot tubs, steam rooms, and tennis/pickle ball facilities at Elkhorn Resort that are close enough to walk to. Golfers receive discounted green fees in golf season!

** Please note the complex pool and hot tub is currently closed for renovations. Guests still have access to Elkhorn Resort amenities nearby.

Another great stay!

We have stayed at many VRBO’s, but this one is exceptional! Very clean condo. Had all the amenities we could possibly need. Location is great for accessing Dollar or Baldy Mountain. We will absolutely return to this condo. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Clean condo in perfect location

Although a little “hike” to get to up the stairs … it was so worth it! It was so clean and comfortable. It was a perfect fit for our family and grandkids, who loved staying in the loft for a night. Will definitely be coming back!

Great weekend away!

This was perfect for 4 adults! Super clean (which I appreciate with allergies!), close to everything and a beautiful location. The only thing I would add to the description is that it’s on the second floor so there are stairs- nothing bad but it would have been helpful to know since I’m in a boot for my ankle. Booking and check in and checkout we’re all super easy. We loved it!

Cozy and clean!

Cozy, comfortable, well furnished with a kitchen that has all of the basics. Quiet unit in the upper level on the end. Easy access to the Elkhorn village amenities where we really enjoyed using the hot tub after a great day of skiing.

Cozy Mountain Retreat

From the moment we walked in we were in love with the chic but cozy decor, cleanliness and attention to detail. Rave reviews for the bedding, kitchenware and cool gas fireplace. Enjoyed the sitting room downstairs and tv in the loft. We may have missed it in the instructions but were a bit confused on garbage and recycling. Did eventually find the cans but they were not marked with a unit number. One other suggestion for the kitchen is a large pot (for something like pasta, chili etc. We must note how responsive Vacasa was when we couldn’t get the fireplace working. Though who expected to light that at the end of May! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great condo, not great management

Really lovely, attractive, updated condo. Lots of light and comfortable furniture. Roomy living spaces and well equipped kitchen, although the items provided by Vacasa (Mr Coffee and blender) are substandard. We ended up having to block the bathroom heat vent with cardboard because it was >90 degrees in there. Vacasa handyman came to look at it twice but never fixed it. Communication with Vacasa is very very frustrating, and no follow through. We asked for a mid-stay clean and paid for it but it never happened. Vacasa did refund the money. I would definitely rent again if it were managed locally.

Hi, Tara! Unfortunately, due to heavy volume in the area, the local team was unable to get an HVAC vendor to address the heat issue during your visit. HVAC vendors were prioritizing homes where the heat was not working due to much colder than normal temperatures in the region. Thank you!

Unit was Just OK, area was fabulous.

Nice property in beautiful area and it was a reasonable value. However, The pictures of the property were misleading and made you have higher expectations. They made it look light and open, which it wasn’t. They even showed pictures of the first floor door, when the actual unit was up an additional set of stairs. They should make it clear that there are a lot of stairs and the unit is probably not suitable for seniors. It was reasonably clean on the surface, but they could deep clean from time to time. There was no place to lock our bikes. We couldn’t put them on the deck because it was 36 steps to the deck. It was adequate for a couple and a couple of children, but not two couples. The unit could definitely use an upgraded. Nice kitchen. Bathrooms were very small. The unit will be satisfactory for a lot of people, but we will definitely look at other options.

Relaxing Stay

My friend and I stayed at the condo for three nights, and it was so relaxing and comfortable. The condo is very well stocked and the beds are comfortable. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay so much. We could see the golf course and the mountains, the view was limited by the condos across the street but we still enjoyed wine on the balcony and the gorgeous fall leaves. It was as expected and described, I would add very clean. If I had to add a suggestion the only thing I would say was lacking was extra blankets for the beds as it was getting chilly by mid October. We will come back and stay soon!

Great Sun Valley Experience

We stayed 10 nights in September and really felt comfortable here. Lived the amenities. The fire place was a plus! Be prepared to climb two flights of stairs. Very convenient to Ketchum activities and Haily. Enjoy! We’ll be back!

Nicest rental we have ever stayed in

The condo was immaculate. We loved the high ceilings, granite counter tops, balcony, walk in shower, etc. It was perfect and there was way more space than we needed. We will definitely be coming back. My wife and I agreed this was the nicest rental we have ever stayed in.

As Advertised, kitchen needs some cookware.

As advertised. The only thing that was disappointing was the lack of any good non-stick cookware. No good knifes. There was one pan that had eggs stuck to the sides of the fry pan. Other than that it was a good place to stay.

Perfect getaway!

The home is beautiful and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. It has been nicely updated and the kitchen is very well appointed. This home is close to the bike and walking paths and right across the street from the bus stop. The community is very quiet and has adequate parking. We will definitely rent this place again!
