Good view, unclean with cheap decor.

The property is in a very large apartment complex with across the street from Marina del Rey. The unit is on the eighth floor with great views. And a nice deck. Other than that, there’s nothing great about it. The floors were not really clean. Your feet are dirty after walking For a half an hour in the morning. The furniture is a bit for us, the lighting, even Spicer, the cookware is old and beat up. It’s a rental and a big apartment unit. There is one space one tandem space for two vehicles, which is challenging, and only two key fobs and two garage remotes. It’s super confusing. Try to figure out your way Internet at the complex.

Cancelled day of at 1am trying to explain to us that it was double booked when I booked a week ahead of schedule and kept it contact with them the actual host don’t keep up with anything your safest bet is to look somewhere else these tenants are not good business

Nice apartment, super location

Our family of 6 stayed comfortably in this unit with a great view of the Marina del Rey harbor - perfect for watching 4th of July fireworks. Easy to walk to the beach and lots of restaurants. Host was friendly, helpful and responsive.

AVOID this property

Nothing but problems from day one, the host and Vrbo aren’t willing to do anything to resolve the issues. My kids found a pack of hemp cigarettes with some kids underwear in the bedroom nightstand, thankfully they brought it to my attention right away. The dishwasher doesn’t dispense soap so who knows how long the dishes have flame without we cleaned properly. Washing machine knob is broken and you have to play with it to get it working. The sinks and toilets in the bathrooms backed and made the entire apartment smell horrible and because the host didn’t want to pay for a plumber we had to deal with it half the day waiting for building maintenance to look at it. I ended up having to find someplace else to stay half way through our trip because the ceiling vent was pouring water into the hallway. Cost me twice as much to rent a second house to finish our trip, I would suggest booking through another site instead. I contacted Vrbo and supplied them with pictures and videos and they did nothing to help the situation.
