Welcome to our charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom house in Boardman, Ohio! This delightful 500 square foot home is the perfect retreat for solo travelers or couples looking for a cozy and private accommodation during their stay.
The property features a one-car garage, large front porch, and washer and dryer. This is not a luxury home; it is a small, well-kept residence with the essentials for the traveler seeking a more economic option. A window AC unit is provided during summer months. There is no dishwasher, but dish cleaning supplies are provided. A vehicle may also be available to add to your lease; please inquire for details and availability.
The property is minutes away from the Mill Creek MetroParks which boasts over 5,000 acres of trails; recreation opportunities such as fishing, golf, tennis, and volleyball; meadows; and scenic views. Music lovers can catch shows at the nearby Youngstown Amphitheater and Covelli Center. If a great meal is calling your name, the growing downtown area hosts many wonderful bars and restaurants.
A $500 security deposit is required to hold your booking and is refundable after the property is returned in its original condition. There is also a one-time cleaning fee of $150. All utilities and internet are included.
