Villa Zen is a 2-bedroom villa located in Pointe Milou within minutes of the beach and shopping. This west-facing villa offers spectacular views of Lorient Bay. The interior and exterior living areas are furnished with comfortable, contemporary Rattan furniture and both open to the pool area. The gourmet kitchen opens to the dining room, which has a table and seating for 8 guests. A covered barbecue area with a dining table is located on the pool terrace facing the sea view. The master bedroom has a small terrace, which opens to the pool area. Both bedrooms have king-size beds with mosquito netting and ensuite bathrooms. A terrace with loungers and side tables surround the pool, making this an ideal spot to sunbathe or work poolside. At the far end of the pool terrace is a heated Jacuzzi and lounge area surrounded by palm trees. The house also has air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, WiFi, and French satellite TV in the living room. Continental breakfast is included. Villa Zen comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa does not permit children.
