The excellent floor plan allows for two couples (or parents and children) to be on opposite ends of the house with living room, fireplace, and kitchen in the middle and bedrooms on the ends. There is a newly added large vaulted family room perfect for entertaining with a dining table for six and leather couches where guests can gather to chat, read, or watch TV.

The house is on natural gas, and the water and sewer are from the on-property well and septic system. Water is run through a very sophisticated filtration system before entering the house and is excellent quality. There is a large (2,500 gallon) water storage tank at the back of the property to ensure continuous water supply to the house, as well as a professional grade back-up generator for the entire property, to supply electricity in the case of any electrical outage situation.

The home is located on a 1 acre country property with wonderful views of the local mountains and the 70 acre neighboring vineyard. Take a nice stroll out to the peach, pear, almond, apple and quince trees toward the backend of the property or enjoy some of the other provided outdoor activities including:

The Endless Pool swimming pool has a swim current motor that can provide a smooth current to swim against at any level of exercise you desire, or just use the pool for floating around on pool floats with a margarita if you prefer!
