Our trip was wonderful. The house is very nice. Beach access is great!There are a few minor details that need to be attended to by the owner, but nothing that would deter me from returning to this same property again.

Amazing location

Incredible location. We loved walking right out the back door onto the beautiful beach. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Amazing!

High Tide Rocks

We fell in love with this place right on the beach!!! House was so comfortable. Screen porch was great for evenings and just sitting out watching the ocean! Definitely will be coming back!

High Tide

Overall a great stay. Property location is great. Great beach access with great views. House would be tight sleeping 16. We slept 12 ok though. A little outdated and a couple mattresses were worn out( sagged in the middle) Supplied well enough for a good stay. We would return, but would suggest management do a thorough cleaning and walk though for worn/ outdated items.

2025 Gulf Shore Vacation

Our family of 20 had a wonderful time. The location of this home was perfect! The house was very comfortable especially the beds. We had plenty of space for 15 members of our family. Oldest son and his family rented a house next to this one. Cooked every meal at the house. We really enjoyed the screened in porch. It rained two days but we were able to sit in the porch without getting wet!
Our beautiful grandchildren! Ages 8 years through 23.

Awesome location, great beach access. But the house needs some maintenance as was a bit run-down. For instance, there were several windows that would not open, flooring was worn out in spots, master bath had some aging issues, doors that didn't function properly, dryer took several cycles to dry clothes, chips in the paint and missing trim in spot. We did enjoy our stay very much, just a honest review here. Be prepared to supply every extra item as there will be 1 rolll of toiilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll papertowels in kitchen, no foil, no spices, no coffee filters, etc.

Beautiful house

The house is beautiful and well-furnished. The sink and shower in the stand-alone bathroom did not drain and it was very bad in the shower. The lights in the ceiling of the living room and dining area did not work and that was a problem for us. We couldn't see well enough when dining and we couldn't set up a crossword puzzle. The outside lights also did not work and there were many times when we wanted them on to walk to the beach at night.
