2/1 Right On Main Street In The Center Of It All!

Location, location, location! Come enjoy one of Waynesville's most incredible addresses. This amazing 2 bedroom New York loft style apartment is located directly on Waynesville's bustling Main Street. You will be steps away from eclectic shops, galleries, restaurants, bars, breweries and so much more! This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath with a washer and dryer available for your use.

The space:
Our building will be celebrating it's 100th birthday in 2024, and it's looking better than ever! Our two residential units are brand new and built to the highest standards. They boast all of the amenities and luxuries you expect while preserving the character and history of the building. The original heart pine flooring was restored as was the brick walls are original. This place simply oozes character and charm.

Other things to note:
This is a second floor unit accessed by stairs only.

There is no reserved parking, but free public parking on the street is available as well as a nearby free parking garage.

Please note we have exposed brick and rough sawn wood throughout the unit that could potentially cause injury (scratches and splinters). Please use caution.

Also please remember our building is located directly above busy Main Street, so there will be occasional city noises heard from within the unit.

Perfect location in downtown. Very nice apt. very clean and everything you need for a stress free get away. I prefer updated properties and this one was awesome. I would definitely stay here again.

Great room better location

This is a very well situated and remodeled second floor unit blocks from anything you want to visit in downtown Waynesville. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for an ideal location on Main Street.

Great experience the only negative was the entry staircase needed a lot of TLC being a community staircase it seemed no one wanted to take responsibility for cleaning the carpet leading to the apartment

Great Location

Perfect place to stay in downtown Waynesville. Property was new and very well equipped with all amenities needed. Walking distance to all shops, restaurants and bars. I’ll be back!

A great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very clean and decorated nicely. We were in the heart of downtown Waynesville with great food and shops. The reason I gave it a 4 star on overall rating, is the refrigerator didn’t keep things cold. Almost room temperature and couldn’t find where you could turn up in the temperature. Other than that, I highly recommend staying there.

Wonderful Loft

This loft is so clean, relaxing and beautiful. The location couldn't be better to walk around Waynesville and visit the shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back! One note for future visitors, we worked from there and at first thought the internet wasn't going to get it, I then rebooted the modem and router and everything was great. Thank goodness, we can plan another remote work trip!

Best Ever!

Spacious, good kitchen, nice TV area. We were worried about the noise being right on Main Street but it was no problem. Unit B is at the back of building. The only thing we heard at night was a frog croaking😜. Loved being right in the middle of town. I could wander the shops while my husband stayed in the apartment. We only moved the car to go golfing!

A friend and I stayed in this tastefully decorated 2 BR unit that was very clean. It was a very comfortable unit where you could walk out the entry door and just shop or grab lunch or dinner. Waynesville is a very cute town with lots of day tourists. On the first Friday of each month there is live outdoor music and main street is bustling with people as the shops stay open late in the evening so it can get noisy; however the following nights all was quiet. Just know there is no designated parking or elevator for this unit so you will need to find downtown parking and carry your luggage to the building as well as carry it up a flight of stairs. Austin was very responsive when I had questions about the unit. We ate all our meals in restaurants so we did not cook any meals during our 4 night stay so I can not address that area. We felt very safe in the area and would not hesitate to stay in the unit again.
