A great place in a great location

I have visited Evanston many times over the past 3 years and have enjoyed getting to know the area. But, staying in this in-town apartment made the visit even better. Both the quality of the apartment and its location is a 10. I hope to stay there during my future visits.

Beautiful and well located

This property was immaculate and so comfortable for our family to stay in. We grew up in Evanston and are familiar with surrounding places to stay. This is by far the best in town! The Greenhouse next to it used to have a cute little house that I lived in with my parents and my Grandparents owned at one point. It was wonderful to come home and visit!

Great Place!

So clean, easy check in/check out. Very nice set up & decor. Perfect for our stay. Would definitely go back. 2 things… no shampoo in bathrooms & has hot tub listed as an amenity (no hot tub). Everything else was excellent!

Expectations are accurate

Usually when I stay in one of these places i expect less than advertised. This one was everything we were hoping for and a bit more. Very clean, pleanty of space, i was truely impressed.

Beautiful apartment

I and my family (there were eight of us) really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. We were attending a family reunion which was within walking distance of the apartment (which is located right downtown). We found the apartment clean, the hosts had provided snacks and water, and there were plenty of clean towels (a big plus for us). Would definitely re-book if we're back in the Evanston area!

Awesome!

Very clean and super location. Exceeded our expectations. The hallway bathroom needs a towel rack tightened but I’m only mentioning it because the place is so perfect I know the owner cares and will want it fixed. Overall this was one of the best stays we’ve had in a long time. Thank you!

Very nice host

We actually ended not staying at Brandon’s property because we put the wrong date. Brandon was very easy to communicate with and very nice with getting this issue taken care of.
