Mountainside location with easy access ski-in/walk-out. Great hiking/biking available close by. Base area is a short .3 mile walk to restaurants, shops, free bus line and more. Kitchen has all the essentials for preparing meals including complimentary coffee and tea. Private deck with views of Christie Peak and a cozy space for relaxing by the fireplace. Seasonally, guests can enjoy the mountain scenery from the community hot tub. Self check in/out.
The space:
Recently updated, clean and open studio. Comfortable queen size bed and fold out couch to accommodate one additional guest. There is a sound dampening wall curtain for added privacy. Short walk to the trails and a true ski-in access to your front door from Right-O-Way trail. Ski locker is conveniently located across the hall from unit.

Easy elevator access from parking lot to unit. Kitchen is well stocked for your convenience. Additional games, local reading materials and guides to local activities for you to make the most of your vacation. We want you to feel at home in our cozy mountainside gem. We look forward to having you stay.
Guest access:
Guests have access to assigned ski locker, shared hot tub, sauna and grill, coin-operated laundry and personal parking spot. Parking is limited to one vehicle. Guests will receive a parking pass upon arrival and are expected to return parking pass to the unit or will acquire a replacement fee.

*Access to hot tub is seasonal and is subject to occasional closure based on maintenance. Typically it is open for the entirety of summer, fall and winter.

**Ski-in is dependent on snowfall in the early and late part of the ski season. Even then you are just steps away from the ski trails.

We will be available to assist with any questions or concerns throughout your stay via Vrbo app, phone or text. We will also provide information to building management and security if we are unreachable for some reason.

There is a strict no pet policy per the HOA. Absolutely no pets in unit.
