Easy check-in , super clean place with a full kitchen, Jamie is an awesome host, prompt response to all questions. Walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Not to mention historical places. We loved it .. Thank you

Thank you for your feedback. Not sure what the mishaps were. I got the apt done early for you to check in. I gave you wifi details in my check in details. Regarding the shower head, someone broke it. It was brand new. It didn't fly off. I did do my best to make sure you were happy.

I was surprised by how clean it was. Also, the communication with the host was superb. I think it is a great place yo stay if you are only staying one or two nights, or you are looking for an apartment to rent while you look for a permanent place to live. This place is right behind the library and Howard st is just a stone's throw away. The High school is right around the corner. The Mesabi Trail Greyhound Bus Museum and Mine Overlook are just a short drive away. There are movies and books there in case you get bored, and they have a giant TV to watch your shows on! There is kitchen with stove, oven and Microwave. Laundry is downstairs. Everything you need is in one small space!

This place was an outstanding stay. The bed was super comfortable with soft quality sheets and the bathtub was nice and clean with hot water. It's easy to switch the temperatures in the unit. They go above and beyond with making guest feel welcome and adding unique items that you don't usually find such as seasoning's and every cooking item you need. I would sum it up and say it was clean in a safe area. The host was a 5 star as well being so accommodating, flexible and friendly.

Nice place for one person

Small but perfect for me as i was traveling by myself. Close to downtown and highways out of town. Have stayed here twice and would do so again.

Great Apartment and Location to downtown!

We stayed here while we had a local youth hockey tournament this past weekend. Everything was perfect for the apartment we stayed in. Would rent again if up in the area.

The apartment was clean and met our needs for the trip. We appreciated the ability to bring our mountain bikes in. There were improvements being made to the exterior of the building even while we were there. We appreciated the water and soda in the refrigerator and enjoyed the Keurig coffeemaker. Great location!

I was in town for a reunion and this apartment was a perfect location to the down town area and the historic high school. We rated this 3 stars for accuracy of listing because we were switched to a different apartment.

As I had stated to you in my message, i upgraded you to our better apt. Only because I had an elderly couple who were staying and needed the ground floor apt. This was un upgrade, as this apt costs more. My other other guests were more than happy to switch when asked. I was unable to alter the reservation on this site, so I was only able to let you know through a message.

Hibbing Stay

Needed to be close to family and this location was walking distance. Loved the old building vibe. Came in too early and everyone was accommodating. Loved the bowl of candy and fridge with drinks! I will stay there again!
