Situé sur 65 hectares avec vue sur notre propre privé, 5 acres étang, été comme hiver sont divine au Bally Loch. Beaucoup de neige en hiver pour le ski à Peekn Peak ou The Wilderness Lodge à quelques miles sur la route. Notre propriété est également idéal pour la raquette et le ski de fond. L'été est aussi béni. Notre grand étang est bien approvisionné avec crapet et l'achigan à grande bouche. Fed sans tabac et le printemps fait pour sa délicieuse piscine. Milieu rural signifie que les étoiles et la lune sont lumineuses. Seulement quelques minutes de Findley Lake et Peek 'N Peak Resort font le refuge idéal pour des vacances en famille reposantes ou pour une retraite créative.
Tous les conforts de la maison - récemment rénovées et une cuisine entièrement équipée ainsi qu'une salle de bains, chauffage central - est compensé par un décor chaleureux et les incendies pour le soir cheminée ou poêle à bois. Tout fourni, y compris des agrafes dans la cuisine et draps de qualité supérieure pour les lits et les serviettes de bain.
A l'étage, deux chambres offrent une pleine taille en maître, et un lit queen et lits jumeaux dans la deuxième chambre.

Very tranquil setting!! Beautiful out door surroundings, plenty to do! Fishing, hiking, and camp fires! Also available inside fire place makes room for a cozy night!Be sure to look for deer making their way down the trail towards the cottage!

Family reunion

My daughter and I stayed here the weekend of my family reunion. The property is absolutely amazing! A true respite from The busy city we live in. The house is very cozy and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Wonderful getaway

Headed to NY for a long weekend with the family. This cottage was adorable and we all fell in love with it! It is in a great location with tons to do in just a short drive away, but there’s no need to leave the property. The lake, on site trails, and fire pit provided our family with the relaxing time we needed to end the summer.

Great Pond

This place has a great fishing pond and wonderful wildlife walking trails. It is just a short drive to the town and beautiful Findley Lake. Murl was very quick to respond to any of our of our questions. Neighbors are very nice too.

Nice little cottage

Three of us stayed at the cottage while attending a retreat about 20 minutes away. We were gone from early in the morning until late at night so we didn't get to use any of the amenities. The beds were comfortable and had we been around during the day or evening, I'm sure we would have taken advantage of the lake for fishing and the fire circle. Everything we needed was right there!

Great Location

It was a last minute decision to head to Peek & Peak for a ski competition and we prefer VRBO properties vs hotels when possible and this location met our needs. Hosts were on the spot with giving pre arrival instructions and direct contact information prior to our arrival. The cabin was clean and in a nice location away from busy roads but close enough to resort to make morning commute easy! The kitchen was well stocked with pots pans pantry items etc, even the frying pan was good which always my test of kitchens lol. The wood burning fire place made for cozy relaxation after long days on the slopes for our son and parents. This spot would be a great summer rental also with lake and nice back yard to enjoy the summer nights. Only not perfect thing to mention was the loft sleeping area, beds were as described clean with fresh linens but the ceiling is low.. please use caution when going in and out of sleeping area! Hope other folks can enjoy this properly like our family has! Thanks again!

We are very happy with our stay here. It's a great place for a family who loves the outdoors. It was nice to kick back in the hammock and have a dip in the pond. The trails are beautiful and the wildlife is aplenty. The cottage is cute and cozy. I'd love to stay again when back in the area.

Lovely place!

We absolutely love this cottage. Beautiful home and wooded area. A nice pond in the back for fishing or paddle boats or just to enjoy looking at. My kids loved the hammock and playing on the dock. The also enjoyed the loft space and looking down on the living room from up top. I would go back in a heart beat. The hosts are genuinely nice and accommodating. I would give it 10 Stars if I could.

Even better than last year!

This was our second time coming here and we loved it! The property is so beautiful. We loved rowing and using the pedal boat on the pond and jumping off the floating dock into the water. We made pizza in the wood-fired pizza oven and roasted s'mores around the firepit. The local contact was super friendly and told us all about the property. This is a great place to just unwind. If it were closer to our home we'd come all the time!

Comfy cabin close to skiing

This property worked well for us so that we could ski at Peek'n Peak and maintain social distancing. It has a nice kitchen that is very well equipped. Some furnishings could be updated or removed, meaning the curtains. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have the fireplace insert in the evenings. Overall worked great for us in a lovely setting. Property owner was very responsive.

My name is Murl and I grew up on this property. Swimming in the pond and exploring the woods with my brothers and cousins. Being an avid outdoorsman I love living in Chautauqua county. This place has everything. Mountain biking, fishing, skiing, snowmobiling, hunting and boating and the list goes on. I love inviting people to enjoy our little slice of heaven.

We have owned this property or generations. Its our ancestral home and its where we come to meet and recharge. The surrounding area offers so much to explore.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The rural experience moves further and further away from those of us who live in cities for proximity to work and schools. A slice of heaven, Bally Loch is set like a jewel in the heart of Chautauqua County, which enjoys an abundance of powder snow in the winter and temperate zone lakes, farms and meadows in the summer.
Have you experienced the western New York village? with its white houses along main street, central square surrounded by shops savvy enough to know their market, cafes alongside diners, beaches along Lake Erie and the smaller lakes up on the escarpment, fruit orchards and vines along the Lake Erie plain?
We have plenty of water here! Temperatures in the summer range in the 60's at night and 70's in the day while winters can almost always be counted on for plenty of powder snow.
Spring brings wild leeks and maple syrup. Our hardwood forest offer a colorful and lingering autumn. Always a fresh breeze off Lake Erie!
