Case Dena est situé dans le haut du village près de l'église de San Giovanni. Bien loin de la foule, mais proche des restaurants, des magasins et des cafés. Belle vue sur la mer Méditerranée, les montagnes vertes et tout le village. La grande terrasse est charmante pour les dîners intimes, les boissons et les vues relaxantes du coucher du soleil. À seulement dix minutes à pied de la gare. Appartement surdimensionné unique. 115 m2 = 1238 pi2 avec une immense terrasse de 50m2.
Cet appartement entièrement équipé et climatisé offre les meilleures vues de la ville.
Cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous les appareils, y compris le lave-vaisselle.
Matelas confortable dans 2 chambres pour 4 personnes plus un futon supplémentaire dans le salon.
Pour la 5ème personne, il y a un supplément de 30 $ par nuit.

We stayed at this apartment from July 23rd to the 27th 2026 and we were not disappointed with our stay. It came exactly as advertised. The roof terrace with its breathtaking views were well worth the walks up and down the stairs. We would not hesitate staying there again.

Beautiful penthouse apartment with stunning views. Very comfortable beds. Although there are many stairs to get to the unit, the view is worth the effort. Carolina is great to work with and an effective responsive host and communicator. Really appreciated the tourist card she gave us. Came in handy many times. Riomaggiore is a great Cinque Terre destination. I recommend Casa Dena!

This view cannot be beat! We loved looking out at the sea and the town of Riomaggiore from both our bedroom window and the private terrace. It takes significant effort to get to the apartment—it’s a steep, direct incline from the town and the apartment is on the 5th floor with no elevator. Really important to keep in mind for anyone with mobility or movement challenges.The bedrooms were nice as was the AC. The bathroom is on the top floor and has no AC and remained hot for the length of our stay. We enjoyed Riomaggiore and the other towns of Cinque Terre. It’s a beautiful place!

Wonderful property and very helpful host. The terrace is the largest in hen area and an absolute wonderful view. Views from bedrooms also remarkable. The air conditioning works well. Property was a bit tricky to find - but the host gave detailed instructions and photos - so found easily. Some stairs - but doable for most people. Some ants - likely do to high turn around was only minor issue. Thanks again. We will be back !

Awesome view, they have everything for your needs to eat in the apartment including some olive oil, and spices. Plus plenty of dish towels to wash the dishes. It was nice to have a washer and a clothesline. The only but is be prepared to walk stairs up to the apartment but it is so worth it for the patio and view!!

We had an amazing stay here! The apartment in has a terrace that overlooks the Ligurian Sea and also the town of Riomaggiore— it was so beautiful that we just wanted to stay at the apartment and just take in the breathtaking beauty. The location makes it central to the town below, to the Riomaggiore Beach, and to the Via dell’Amore, a beautiful paved path along the ocean that connects Riomaggiore with the next village north, Manarola. The kitchen is well equipped, the shower has good water pressure and plenty of hot water, and the laundry machine and dishwasher are excellent. The natural sunlight (windows) in the apartment is another really nice aspect, and there’s even a little balcony off of one of the bedrooms. Highly recommend the host Carolina - she gave detailed instructions and was available via WhatsApp when we had any questions. The stay here was the highlight of our trip to Italy.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and highly recommend this place! The location was truly fabulous — right in the heart of the town, making it so easy to walk to everything, yet perched high enough that it was peaceful and quiet at night, away from the noise of the main square. It was the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility.The apartment itself was amazing — exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, which made relaxing after long days of exploring and hiking such a treat. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The true highlight, however, was the balcony. The views were absolutely spectacular, and the comfortable lounge chairs made it the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy a morning coffee, or take in the breathtaking scenery in the evening.The owners were also fantastic. Communication was excellent before our trip, throughout our stay, and even afterwards to ensure we had everything we needed for checkout. Their care and attention made the entire experience seamless and stress-free.Riomaggiore is a beautiful town with wonderful restaurants and a stunning waterfront. We absolutely loved Cinque Terre. We hiked all five of the Blue Trail sections between the towns, and my husband and daughter also tackled the upper trails, which they absolutely loved for the more challenging hiking and the fact that there were very few tourists.We would highly recommend this place

Great view and location

The upstairs bathroom took a little getting used to but it's probably completely normal in Cinque Terre because everything is very very vertical. Loved the place and the stay.

Family vacation in Riomaggiore

Wonderful place to stay with amazing views of town and the sea, especially from the terrace! Very nice place to stay in order to see all of Cinque Terre, and easy to manage with three small children. People were very friendly and Carolina was a wonderful host.

Probably the nicest place in all of cinque terre. The patio on the roof is just for you not shared with others apartments. The apartment is very spacious. This is the perfect location. I gave it 5 stars because 10 stars wasn’t allowed.

The views are absolutely stunning and the pictures don't even do it justice. We had a wonderful stay, and it was a perfect base for our travels around Cinque Terre!
