Note: Our homes are not new construction and have reasonable wear and tear. All reservations come with enough supplies to 'get started' NOT for the entire length of stay. Tenants much purchase disposable items to sustain the duration of the reservation which includes but is not limited to garbage bags and/or paper towels.
