Great HQ for visiting Sequoia National Park

The house was a great find for our family. The house was large enough for our seven people to fit in comfortably. The location was perfect to day trip into Sequoia and was a great treat to come back to after a long day of hiking. The property provided us plenty of close up views of quail, bunnies, squirrels, a coyote, and a mama deer that walked right through the backyard with a brand new baby doe. Plus Three Rivers is a cute little town to hang out in. We would definitely stay at the house again if we are in the area again.

Beautiful, spacious house close to Sequoia!

Great location to Sequoia National Park! We enjoyed having the space for our family and all the amenities a house has to offer. Lots of entertainment at the house for the kids. Close to restaurants, gas and mini mart. Communication was great with the host, would definitely recommend.

Peaceful

We had a great stay! It is just minutes from the SNP entrance. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking and exploring. Our teens loved the air hockey table and the games in the garage, which kept them entertained during downtime. The host was responsive and helpful, providing excellent food recommendations and suggestions for places to visit in the area. One of the most memorable moments was spotting a deer in the backyard. At night, we would sit in the back and look at the stars, real peaceful experience. Our family felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We had a fantastic time and would gladly return!

We had the best time at this home! Met up with another family and it was absolutely ample space for 4 adults and 5 children. The hosts were very easy to communicate with when we had questions. The place is so charming inside and out with the most comfortable beds. Having 3 baths, each with a shower was awesome. There was so much to entertain our children. The way it was staged/built out was made for our exact situation: 2 families on spring break who want to both enjoy Sequoia National Park AND just chill and get down time to hang since we live in different parts of the state and never get to hang out anymore. The bunk beds were perfect for the kids! The game room, the extra games in the garage, the playground outside - just awesome!! While we did not have time for the spa we did see it was well maintained and enjoyed grilling on the BBQ. The ping pong table was actually in good condition and the three TVs were nice and big. Honestly, this trip was so amazing and its because we stayed in such a great home with great hosts AND were minutes from the park entrance which was PERFECT because we were able to sleep in late enough but still get in early enough to avoid crowds on a Thursday in the spring. Would stay again, would highly recommend to anyone!

One of the highlights of this property is the hot tub, which adds a touch of relaxation, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures in the forest. Awesome Stay!

The house was exactly as stated, beautiful and clean. We had a slight hiccup with the jacuzzi but communication with Brandon was quick and everything was handled quickly. We absolutely loved the house, location, area. We will be coming back and staying again. The access to the river is also a really great asset to this house. I didn't quite understand those details until I got there, but the river access has a sandy beach and rocky river. If its warm enough or even if its not, make sure to pack water shoes or flip flops. The house comes with chairs and beach towels. Random heads up that although the weather may be variable, in March the weather app said it was supposed to be about 59 degrees. We thought that meant colder but heads up that it was very warm. Not sure if its the altitude or just where the house sites between mountains but it was quite lovely and warm. So keep that in mind for packing.

Amazing House near Sequoia and Lake with River Access

The house is beautiful, well-furnished, nice layout and with a bonus game room and activities. The house is about 20 minutes from the National Park entry so pretty easy to get there. It is also across the street from the river, and it has a private gated access to the river. The river was lightly flowing when we were there and it was hot out, so we lingered in the river and enjoyed the views, etc. The house had plenty of dishware and glassware, and sufficient pots and pans although we did not cook anything except breakfast. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The water pressure was a bit light, but still sufficient. There are string lights to make both the front and back of the house a beautiful oasis at night. A nice jacuzzi in the back was great. It was quiet and peaceful. Close to the few restaurants and shops in the area, so very convenient. Brandon created a binder of information about the house, the area and the Park which was really appreciated. He also answered many questions we had before we arrived and was very responsive. We visited the Park twice, played in the river and spent an afternoon at the Lake. Everyone had a wonderful trip and the House was just perfect for a family gathering.

Great space for any group, especially groups with kids. Great communication. Pictures represented the property well. House was extremely clean. My husband, 4 kids and I stayed in the home. Grandparents brought their RV and hooked up (electric) outside for their stay. It worked well. We would definitely rent this space again. The river access is not detailed well in the online property description. We would have brought life jackets if we have known more about this cool part of the rental. We made do with the life jackets that we found at the home.

Hi Jimmy, sorry you didn't have a more enjoyable stay. I wish you would have mentioned something during or after your stay that was unsatisfactory and I would have been happy to address. I would also like to mention that my cleaner informed me that someone in your party drew on the walls and ruined 3 sets of bedding by getting marker on them, which had to be replaced.
