Tranquil and peaceful surrounded by large maple trees with a spacious yard that backs onto the forest and near lake.
Centrally located on The Grey Bruce Peninsula, just a 10 min. drive to the city of Owen Sound or Wiarton.
Walking distance to activities biking, hiking the Bruce Trail, hundreds of kilometers of snowmobile and ATV trails.
Parking for many vehicles and trailers.
The space
The entire upstairs is available to use. There is a basement that is locked and not accessible at this time due to ongoing renovations.

There is a "No Smoking" policy inside the house. However there is an attached, double car, semi-heated garage for ALL your smoking needs
Guest access
The property is 5 acres and backs on to a dense forest.

There is a very large deck that leads to a massive back yard and a side yard. The bunk houses on the property are currently under renovation, we plan to have ready for next year.

There is also a garage/storage unit & apartment located on the lower part of the property, used periodically by the Host, that is not available to Guests.
Other things to note
The property is very private and there are no visible neighbours during the summer. Because it is so quiet, sound does carry a long way. Please keep this in mind when you are up late. You can’t see the neighbours, but they can hear you if you get too loud.

BEACH TOWELS are not provided.
